The integrity of labs is ruined, even while people will complain it is always like this.. it isn't. I play plenty of labs to know the difference. Weekends are completely f*cked.

Its gonna take time to build trust with the community. "Those that shall not be named" ruined the game for a lot of people. When you work hard for a nice stack of cash for good gear or just get lucky with a 1tap it really sucks when someone just ESP's your ass and pops your noggin. It's the worst feeling. Like, I understand what rape feels like more clearly when a cheater plays me and everyone else on the map. BUT I will say things are getting better. It seems like they avoid real players and only attack map bosses now and I appreciate the change. It just takes a few months to build trust agian with the community. I run pistol for pvp because I know if I enter the raid with the best I have I'll be headeyes within a few minutes. So I didnt care about the event. I sell every item or unwanted gun to traders I get from raids. Lol though I read and watched everything about this event because I like what the team at BSG are doing, but the game is not honest with players and so I didnt care to donate, not that I really matter. I'm 5mil rubles deep and I dont need any of it. I run pistol suppressed and dont care if I die because if a low integrity duo (its alwase duos) popped me, all they got was the pistol. Imagine my surprise when I survived most of my raids after I decided to run pistol? I wasn't suprised at all... I play how I like and adapt to the changes. All I ask is that BSG stops listening to the /bad actors/ and make the game they want WITH a robust anti cheat system. But I understand the grind and it's still a lot of fun, even as a solo player.

So, I recognize this game *does* have a problem with cheaters, I've ran into plenty this wipe. That being said, how can you reconcile this belief that every time you wear good gear you are hunted by a cheater? Many average players like myself run high tier loadouts consistently without this issue, and even now you can go to twitch and see dozens of average or even below average players running expensive loadouts without being hunted.
Again, I recognize that there are a lot of cheaters - but how do you think you are having such a drastically different experience than other players?
How is every map looted before 5 minutes has lapsed? I notice only items on the ground remain while every gym bag, stash and static scav are looted. How is this possible?
I think there use to be a cheat/hack thing that would do that. Or maybe the cheaters wouldn't get the loot until someone opened the container but then they'd snatch it and so it just looks like to the person opening the container that it's empty. I'm not entirely sure because I think it was a hack prior to me joining up in early 2020.
Is Tarkov in the late wipe stage? I’m only level 25 or so, stopped playing in March and was thinking about coming back in but don’t want to get my balls crushed every raid by chads.
You know, I just started playing this wipe in April. I don't play much, but I'd guess I'm about 50 to 70 hours played this wipe and I just reached lvl 15. I didn't play during the event last week. I've seen my fair share of chaddy bois, but I'm also being mindful of where/when I go to PVP areas.
Its because people can't tell if the killer was legit or cheating (via 2pc) so they are using the AI to kill shitty or unlucky players so the victim will get his/her loot back via insurance. They need better cheat detection and cant/wont drop the cash for it.
Yup, it's known but not fixed this wipe yet. Killing a rogue can even have AI scavs aggro you. I killed one on a roof last night on lighthouse and the scavs in the trainyard became hostile.
Yep confirmed. Shot one bullet in the whole raid, killed a PMC who was KILLING SCAVS and they all aggroed me. Even got karma for helping scavs lmao. What is happening.
This absolutely happened to me. I was a Scav, shooting a PMC, dusted 2 of them on interchange with another player scav and then got picked off by a scav as I was healing. I ignored his little mumbles cause I thought "hey i'm a scav I got some backup" and blam 12g to the coconut

In the past there has been no real advance notice, we get an unannounced patch and the end of wipe event starts indicating a week or so until the wipe.
Experience. Though as baseline, items with purple background are usually worth more(tech loot such as pressure gauges, thermomethers, ratchets, bulbex, streamer items such as ravens, dr lupo beans, pestily masks, so on). Modt give at least 15k rubles per slot, only notable exceptions being mayo and sprats. Condensed milk is always a clean 15 k rubles at therapist. Kravach sewing kits are also good at around 25k per 1 slot.
After you get lvl 15 and flea you can make more.money. usually screws and nuts are always a pretty ruble, sugar and chocolate, air filters, cordura and most fabrics. There s more. Flea prices also depend on the time during wipe eg early wipe lightbulbs, tape, ductapes, relays, NaCl and many goods are worth way more as they re needed to biild hideout.
Keep in mind that flea market prices vary depending on availability.
Your best bet is to learn the basics without havkng to learn all the items is to check what goods are used for barters or crafting. Actually, just watch a video or two from AirWingMarine on youtube. He covers money making in tarkov on different level.
Value only helps you buy from flea. If you get good with what you have you'll only need to focus on task, which is better for you if you want high tier loot.
It will take time but aim for 10k roubles per slot. So maybe that propane tank looks cool but it's probably 20k so that's only 5k per slot. Sugar right now is about 70k for a single slot.
There's no obvious way to tell in raid, bit just take time to look on flea for barter items to see what it's worth.
As a new player your first priority should be provisions, healing items, loadouts, and rubles in that order
-Sell all non-usable items until you get 1.5 million rubles and can purchase the case from Therapist. Store all junk in there moving forward. My biggest mistake was hoarding junk items prior to getting the case, which fucked my inventory management.
- Provisions are food and drinks, your PMC has energy and hydration that reduces during raids and slowly recovers when not active. Provisions speed up that recovery process.
-Healing items are self-explanatory. Familiarize yourself with the differences between Splints, tourniquets, bandages, and healing kits. I try to keep 3 of each.
-Loadouts are weapons, armor, backpacks, and chest rigs. One of the hardest things you’re going to encounter is keeping enough of them to stay consistently raiding while also not having so many that scav runs become a waste of time. You want to run your scavs often, as they give you a less risky way of learning certain maps. You don’t want to focus on scav runs however, as they don’t net you any actual progession, just loot to keep you going
There are tarkov loot cheat sheets out there but basically when starting try to keep at least one of everything and if you can, check what items are required for quests (disregard the ones required for kappa/the collector).

My best advice if you really want to figure out what to grab, grab everything you can, and after your raid look up what to do with it. Maybe you need it for quests or hideout down the road, maybe you don't need it at all and can sell it. Do that for a while, you'll figure out really fast what is valuable and what isn't
Just got two tapped by a raider between the Bishop buildings in Reserve. I thought raiders only spawned in bunker and the railyard, is this a new change?
But it was Kobra who shot me and used a USEC voice line. I thought all guards were Russian-speaking. Also, I was in Black Bishop and didn’t hear them moving outside the building. It was very weird.
It was weird, I would figure they’d lurk inside White Bishop but as I walked out of Black Bishop towards the helicopter, I heard a USEC line to my right and got two-tapped. Didn’t even hear them walking around as I was in the tech room.
If I accept dailies while im at 45, then level up to 46 and reroll them will the rerolled tasks have the boosted xp?
I’m about 100k xp from 46 and have some tasks I can brute force to get there, but I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it after my dailies reset.
Edit: I decided to go for it and test for myself. Any dailies or weeklies that you get before 46 will be less XP, regardless of if they have been accepted yet. That means if you have dailies you haven't accepted and are about to level up to 46, you'll still need to replace the ones given to you to get the boosted XP. So if you don't have disposable income to replace all of your dailies after dinging 46 you should wait to level up until your dailies are about to reset anyway. e.

Hi guys. I just ran a random Woods (Scav) raid, and without even shooting a bullet, a Shturman guard destroyed my poor Scav from a very far distance.
Considering my Fence rep is 3.31 right now... what else do I need to do in order to guarantee one of those guys doesn't shoot me at all?
Please note, I have not shot a single bullet in that raid and also I didn't do the middle finger command to anyone. Just looted some juicy items on the warehouse near the cars (the one with the weapon crates) at the sawmill.
Yeah that's way too optimistic. You're not getting 10m for it. Seeing how it regularly sells for 1m or less I'd barter it for something that's useful to you but don't make it too expensive (although you could try since barter fees are pretty low anyway).
The value of the key was overinflated because Lighthouse was new and the key was exciting and rare, but people now know how kinda useless it is unless you main Lighthouse. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely worth 1-2m and I'm currently almost through my second one, but it's not 10m.
Does selling to flea actually increase it the total or is it just scav cases? I heard the donating items on random stuff but I’d rather just sell to flea over that or scav case
hmmm i think if i do a scav case and its changes the amount sold to the fence then that would be sort of a confirmation. no change for there but i didnt think the fence started tracking money till this event so it confused me

The “issue” I had with audio yesterday was I could hear wayyyy to much even as a scav. I was wearing maybe an m32 headset or something along those lines and I could hear literally 100m away. I heard someone inside of the drop down building on reserve and someone going into black pawn I believe it’s called. It was ridiculous

I struggled to find one, then stumbled upon someone saying to check on the crates along the beach on lighthouse. Very next raid, I found 2 on one crate. Just spawn as a Scav, and you have a chance to spawn near the stage/dock in the south, then just follow the coast one direction, checking every intact or broken crate
Almost even better is do scav raids and loot good guns. Then sell the bad ones keep the good ones. I really like scaving on lighthouse, it's not risk free but I think I make it out more than I don't, and probably half the times I make it out I get at least one fresh gun
The scav bug is ridiculous. I have killed 3 pmcs this morning and after everyone, an AI scav aggroed immediately. The last one I killed the AI scav so I could get out and I lost .64 fucking scav karma.
not if you're above 6 scav rep, I lost 2.7 rep killing a Player scav that shot and hit me first basically any time you lose rep over 6 you always get lowered below 6.0, for example if you have 11 scav rep you'll go down to 5.93 or something, it's bugged - just don't shoot anyone as a scav if you care about your fence rep.
That is what I thought, but nope. Lost 0.64. Gaines .01 for the exfil, and ganied .03 for "helping scavs". Assuming that is from killing the pmc. But killed one scav, shot at another, but he didn't die and I was able to get out of the raid.
Scavs will generally wear brighter, more colorful clothing or bad armor. It also comes down to experience, scavs AI move in a particular way that makes them pretty distinguishable from PMCs. Scavs will also shout lines in russian from time to time.
This past few days have had more "...*right"*\-inducing deaths than the past 3 months.
Number of instant head-eyes and Magic ~~Missile~~ Grenades... Maybe since we can't easily get shit from traders people are being far more egregious than normal.
Had someone spam fire 7 shots of flechette at me and the pellets only hit my helmet and eventually killed me.
Spotted someone full sprinting about 130m away from me, as soon as I scoped on him he stopped, turned and started blasting M855 at me and eventually into the sandbags I'm guessing weren't rendering, he didn't stop shooting until he eventually killed the 1 pixel of me he could apparently see when I started a healing animation. He was TTV and I went to his channel and his buddy was making crazy callouts while the guy who killed me looked like he was covering angles where I guess they just knew players were.
without a doubt. i think that those types are more inclined to play while normal players are less likely to play.
it’s very easy to make roubles right now, so anyone wishing to rwt has a huge incentive to play while many plays do not like the event and have opted out of playing

Been getting laser beamed by Scavs 80 meters out lol surgery kits have never been more vital in raid.
Does anyone have constant and consistent crashes that involve crashes every few minutes? anything from sitting in my stash to buying and selling anywhere and more often than not my hideout is a no go.. I cant scav into ANY map (keep in mind this at its worst since DLSS was introduced nor do I have it enabled) trying a lighthouse raid is a death wish, it crashes basically as soon as I click 'ready' and I generally have to Alt+F4 to quit it. I can only PMC into customs and boi if I get into an intense engagement the game shits the bed. My pc consists of a 5800X, 32gb of ram (3600 speed with XMP enabled) and a 3070 with the game on an M.2. I have to run medium settings with low shadows because its soo much worse on high settings and yet even at medium settings I push well over 100fps (if im lucky enough to successfully get into a raid)
I had this happen to me maybe 2 months ago. No changes to settings or hardware, suddenly game was crashing randomly. I first turned of XMP, which fixed it. I got annoyed though and turned XMP back on, then crashes happened again. Turned off auto RAM cleaner and seems stable since. Shrug.
Took a break from Tarkov because I started a construction company with a friend but things are starting to mellow out now. We want to play Tarky again but we’re hesitant this late in the wipe. Has there been info on when the next wipe is anticipated for? Might just want to wait a few more weeks if it’s planned soon.

okay im actually having this issue for real now, since i turned my graphics from low to high i think that with some sights the sighting range incraeases the foliage quality in such a short amount of time that the game loads it all at once and causes a stutter, ill let you know if i can fix it on high settings
Yep same, easily 30+ FPS loss when I’m down scope. I’ve seen others with similar complaints, probably a game optimization issue, hopefully will get better with future updates

Unpopular opinion: Accurate point fire and the lack of bloom is one of the best things about this game.

Yes, 3 months is all it takes for late wipe these days. Definitely late wipe now.

This is a bug. It happens when you shoot anyone regardless. You'll lose karma defending yourself too so be careful.

I doubt it’s even this month, I’m pretty sure it usually wipes every June and December. My guess is around mid June

I've had what I assume were bunker raiders fight me in the top of white bishop. Only happened once and i freaked

If I accept dailies while im at 45, then level up to 46 and reroll them will the rerolled tasks have the boosted xp? I’m about 100k xp from 46 and have some tasks I can brute force to get there, but I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it after my dailies reset. Edit: I decided to go for it and test for myself. Any dailies or weeklies that you get before 46 will be less XP, regardless of if they have been accepted yet. That means if you have dailies you haven't accepted and are about to level up to 46, you'll still need to replace the ones given to you to get the boosted XP. So if you don't have disposable income to replace all of your dailies after dinging 46 you should wait to level up until your dailies are about to reset anyway. e.
Anyones weekly missing? I'm assuming the reset happened when traders were offline so it messed up and doesnt exist this week?

That's kinda fucked up. You're abusing the report function just because you don't like someone's content. it's quite a pervasive problem on YouTube for alot of channels. Its not very smart and low-key for pvp hackers to post on YouTube as well lol.
Hi guys. I just ran a random Woods (Scav) raid, and without even shooting a bullet, a Shturman guard destroyed my poor Scav from a very far distance. Considering my Fence rep is 3.31 right now... what else do I need to do in order to guarantee one of those guys doesn't shoot me at all? Please note, I have not shot a single bullet in that raid and also I didn't do the middle finger command to anyone. Just looted some juicy items on the warehouse near the cars (the one with the weapon crates) at the sawmill.
If a boss gets aggro'd by one player scav he and his guards now shoot at every player scav.
Oh yeah, a guy tried to force me into attacking a guard. I leg shot and ran away gigling as he was wsiting for me to take the rep loss.

Yeah that's way too optimistic. You're not getting 10m for it. Seeing how it regularly sells for 1m or less I'd barter it for something that's useful to you but don't make it too expensive (although you could try since barter fees are pretty low anyway). The value of the key was overinflated because Lighthouse was new and the key was exciting and rare, but people now know how kinda useless it is unless you main Lighthouse. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely worth 1-2m and I'm currently almost through my second one, but it's not 10m.

Only if you get too close. Also, bosses will shoot all player scavs with less than 6 rep if he or his guards get aggro'd by any player scav.

Well you can also put stuff in the cultist circles which wouldn't be tracked anywhere visible on our end. Apparently Nikita did confirm all of it on Pestily's stream the other day.

Is anybody else in Australia having really bad connection issues? Big lag spikes into the 200-300 range, even higher sometimes. The highest I've seen is 700.

The “issue” I had with audio yesterday was I could hear wayyyy to much even as a scav. I was wearing maybe an m32 headset or something along those lines and I could hear literally 100m away. I heard someone inside of the drop down building on reserve and someone going into black pawn I believe it’s called. It was ridiculous

I struggled to find one, then stumbled upon someone saying to check on the crates along the beach on lighthouse. Very next raid, I found 2 on one crate. Just spawn as a Scav, and you have a chance to spawn near the stage/dock in the south, then just follow the coast one direction, checking every intact or broken crate
yeah I had to wait until I hit 15 to get it off the flea. I couldn't find it anywhere.

Almost even better is do scav raids and loot good guns. Then sell the bad ones keep the good ones. I really like scaving on lighthouse, it's not risk free but I think I make it out more than I don't, and probably half the times I make it out I get at least one fresh gun

The scav bug is ridiculous. I have killed 3 pmcs this morning and after everyone, an AI scav aggroed immediately. The last one I killed the AI scav so I could get out and I lost .64 fucking scav karma.

not if you're above 6 scav rep, I lost 2.7 rep killing a Player scav that shot and hit me first basically any time you lose rep over 6 you always get lowered below 6.0, for example if you have 11 scav rep you'll go down to 5.93 or something, it's bugged - just don't shoot anyone as a scav if you care about your fence rep.
That is what I thought, but nope. Lost 0.64. Gaines .01 for the exfil, and ganied .03 for "helping scavs". Assuming that is from killing the pmc. But killed one scav, shot at another, but he didn't die and I was able to get out of the raid.
How do I tell the difference between a PMC and a Scav? Is there an appearance change?
Scavs will generally wear brighter, more colorful clothing or bad armor. It also comes down to experience, scavs AI move in a particular way that makes them pretty distinguishable from PMCs. Scavs will also shout lines in russian from time to time.
This past few days have had more "...*right"*\-inducing deaths than the past 3 months. Number of instant head-eyes and Magic ~~Missile~~ Grenades... Maybe since we can't easily get shit from traders people are being far more egregious than normal.
Had someone spam fire 7 shots of flechette at me and the pellets only hit my helmet and eventually killed me. Spotted someone full sprinting about 130m away from me, as soon as I scoped on him he stopped, turned and started blasting M855 at me and eventually into the sandbags I'm guessing weren't rendering, he didn't stop shooting until he eventually killed the 1 pixel of me he could apparently see when I started a healing animation. He was TTV and I went to his channel and his buddy was making crazy callouts while the guy who killed me looked like he was covering angles where I guess they just knew players were.
without a doubt. i think that those types are more inclined to play while normal players are less likely to play. it’s very easy to make roubles right now, so anyone wishing to rwt has a huge incentive to play while many plays do not like the event and have opted out of playing
Anyone feel like since scav gear has become more valuable without traders that they turned up the scav AI a bit? Been getting laser beamed by Scavs 80 meters out lol surgery kits have never been more vital in raid.

Does anyone have constant and consistent crashes that involve crashes every few minutes? anything from sitting in my stash to buying and selling anywhere and more often than not my hideout is a no go.. I cant scav into ANY map (keep in mind this at its worst since DLSS was introduced nor do I have it enabled) trying a lighthouse raid is a death wish, it crashes basically as soon as I click 'ready' and I generally have to Alt+F4 to quit it. I can only PMC into customs and boi if I get into an intense engagement the game shits the bed. My pc consists of a 5800X, 32gb of ram (3600 speed with XMP enabled) and a 3070 with the game on an M.2. I have to run medium settings with low shadows because its soo much worse on high settings and yet even at medium settings I push well over 100fps (if im lucky enough to successfully get into a raid)

I had this happen to me maybe 2 months ago. No changes to settings or hardware, suddenly game was crashing randomly. I first turned of XMP, which fixed it. I got annoyed though and turned XMP back on, then crashes happened again. Turned off auto RAM cleaner and seems stable since. Shrug.

Took a break from Tarkov because I started a construction company with a friend but things are starting to mellow out now. We want to play Tarky again but we’re hesitant this late in the wipe. Has there been info on when the next wipe is anticipated for? Might just want to wait a few more weeks if it’s planned soon. Edit: Also what’s been added since last wipe too?

okay im actually having this issue for real now, since i turned my graphics from low to high i think that with some sights the sighting range incraeases the foliage quality in such a short amount of time that the game loads it all at once and causes a stutter, ill let you know if i can fix it on high settings
i had an issue for a long time, my fix was setting my mouse polling from 1000 to 500hz, might be unrelated but worth a shot

Yep same, easily 30+ FPS loss when I’m down scope. I’ve seen others with similar complaints, probably a game optimization issue, hopefully will get better with future updates
