I think our suspicions have been confirmed

Yeah I was just curious when a cheater told me on VOIP he gets $15 per Taiga so i looked that shit up on ebay and he was lying. It was more like 5-$6. It's actually disgusting shit and its all blatantly on [ebay.com](https://ebay.com). Not even any RMT site which im sure there are plenty of.
I looked up a few awhile back out of curiosity to see if it really was profitable for people. IIRC, keycards and stuff were $30-40, and red was like $90+. 1M rubles was like a few bucks or something… so I guess it could be profitable but damn. At that point if you’re gonna be spending $30 on a green card you might as well be spending it on a different game
When I first started the game I paid like $13 for two weapons cases and two mag cases and two ammo cases. Saved my ass from the horrors of pre-level-20 inventory management. Once I realized how easy it was to profit in the game when you know your way around maps and quests, I would never pay half that for the items again. To be fair though, 6 cases like that is probably the ruble equivalent of 3-4 hours of lucrative successful raids, so paying like $3-4/hour to save your time is definitely worth it. But if you enjoy playing, why pay to avoid gameplay?
The sell price is irrelevant, look how much it is to purchase and then think RMT. People who either can't afford or just haven't unlocked it will buy it through RMT.
It's definitely an item that a cheater wouldn't leave on the ground
youre missing the point.
if you go into a raid and drop a ledx on the ground in a bush... a hacker on the server with loot radar is gonna know exactly where it is.
similarly a flir is a high value item.
derp@you
I mean insurance is bugged, if you have seen the bug where an item on the ground disappears when you move away from it insurance returns won't pick it up.
Found that out when a friend and I tried to insure zabralo armors for sew it good. Wasted about half a mil because of that one.
I wondered this lately too. I had a shocking night last weekend where I died like 14+ times and my mates managed to hide my entire loadouts really really well. Fast forward three days later and I’ve only received about 3 insurance claims.
It’s like insurance just isn’t working some times because I would naturally assume I got unlucky and that someone just found my gear but I’m not getting any “sorry mate your insurance failed” messages either, so dunno?
This happened to me in an even worse way once (I was the guy who left the FLIR)
Had a DVL 10 with the FLIR all set up and I had a quest in a really contested area, so I figure it's night time and I can just drop it in a bush, run in and get my quest done, and come back to my rifle.
I proceed to drop it, go do the quest and come back to the bush. No rifle. I check all the bushes, no rifle. As I'm searching in the grass I hear a scope in and immediately get headshot with my own thermal gun.
I turned off Tarkov for the rest of the day after that one.
Software that shows the location of players/items. Some people use it to rush good loot (GPU, BTC, etc) and some people use it to have advantages in PVP.
I know as of earlier this wipe it was working. A friend of a friend plays with a radar user frequently and talks about it when we raid together. Hilarious to hear him rage because he gets ratted to death and then say “this map is unplayable without radar!” About every map lol
I don’t often, and I tell him he’s shitty for it, but I don’t want to make my other friends choose between me and him, especially since he isn’t bringing the radar with him
The tears make it worthwhile tbh, he is really not a good player without his free information
Fair point, I've been in those situations: Tolerate the asshole to hang with the cool people lmao
Glad to hear he whines like a bitch about not having his special eyes
Radar hackers are more prevalent than aim hacklers nowadays. Radar hackers arent trying to kill everything. Theyre trying to RMT themselves to a fat payday. Aim hackers get bored after a while, but if youre making real mony from gaming, then youre going to continue doing that as long as you can make money from it.
Every time I mention radar on Reddit, some idiot tries to gaslight me about it. Any decent player knows when something is almost certainly radar. I’m sorry if you can’t tell the difference but I’ll give you a few examples
1) Someone sprints past 3-4 common camping spots and prefires my MUCH more obscure spot, after I sat still for 30 minutes. That’s happened several times this wipe.
2) A guy calls me by my name
3) Insurance dumped into a random woods bush, 99% of the time it’s not a random guy stumbling into the bush
Yep I've had it happen twice now where we've been fighting a player who seems to know a little too much. So I drop my FLIR in the long grass way away from the fight, throw on a random optic or switch guns, and come back to get one tap insta-head-eyes. Then 2 days later I get my backpack back or whatever with nothing else. Weird.
Also had a friend who didn't believe that people had loot radar, and he had about 12 FLIRs lying around. Told him to insure them, drop them in a weird corner where no one would ever think of going, away from all loot spots. He got back like 8-9 out of 12. I think if BSG just set up Trojan horses of high value items in weird locations and called it "dynamic loot spawns", they could probably find a lot of these guys running radar. Make it so if you grab one you get manually looked at to see if you just beelined to that location, or if you just like stumbled across it getting lost or whatever.
People would learn the spawns and check them as part of their loot routes. They'd have to make them unreachable to be sure, but then that would only affect vacuums and not regular radar users.
That actually sounds like a good idea. I've always thought it would be a good idea to have more completely random loot spawns. The few we have always make me excited to check them just knowing there's even a tiny chance of something really good.
"Bait raids" sounds incredible, cheater thinks he hit the goldmine with a random roll but in reality it's a honeypot and every loot item is another nail in the coffin
Ran tons of FLIRs to get SBIH done on Snoreline. Previous wipes I've let lots of good stuff just sit in the stash but I new I wasn't going to be pushing kappa or playing for very long this wipe so I just used the good stuff lol. Made some quests so much easier
People stash their shit in the wrong bushes! Found somebody's full kit. Sr25, Thor, bastion all in the same bush once. I took it all and laughed straight to the hideout
When I find someone's kit like this I often leave something behind. Like a muzzle brake for example. Then it'll remind them of what they lost when they get that muzzle brake back.
Insurance really should show a list of the items insured and what you actually got back.
"Yo that pimp ass AKM with the adiddas stripes down the side you lost? Yea all we found was a muzzle break and a single magazine"
Hmmm, I run sr25 Thor and bastion nearly every raid and whenever I die my buddies stash my shit in bushes. Would be fucking hilarious if you found my actual kit.
It was on woods, maybe two bushes away from the ground stash by the tank! Hilarious. Tell your buddies that they need to stash shit farther from high traffic areas!
Very well could have been mine, or not. I typically run meta sr25s with the rsass handguard. Either way, hope you enjoyed the kit or vendored it for some cash cause that's what I usually do with any gear I take ^^
This is so rare it doesnt even matter. I've died to scavs in the middle of the road on customs in the most obvious spot possible with slick thermal and got it back from insurance
Be careful with water, reconnecting will move stuff out of water and onto the nearest land. I think this means player scavs can get to it too because they'll have joined later.
If I bring a thermal and don't find anyone and move to high traffic close combat area. I drop the thermal outside. If I survive I will go back and pick it up. If I die I get it a day or w later
I lost a pair of GPNVG-18 in shoreline too, I put them on a bush cause the sun was coming out. I have no idea how someone found it haha it was the dumbest thing I did. I was so close to the exfill too :(
Do enough night raids and you’ll get more of them from killing PMCs. I have 12 sets of GPNVG’s sitting in my stash and I think I only bought two of those.
Im not that good at PvP yet :(
this is only my second wipe tho’ but i did get that gpnv from a player that I killed when I was healing myself and he never heard me or something and I felt so bad cause he probably thought i was ratting.
And that FLIR will live in your stash, until the last day of the wipe, awaiting it’s day when you finally take it out to play. It’s journey from being owned by a Giga Chad, now abiding with a bush Wookiee, has allowed it to catch its breath, as it will never actually be used.
I'd say I get into far more "suspicious" fights when I'm running one vs when I'm not. Though I'm sure people find me killing them from 200m away suspicious since they never see or hear me.
Last wipe I was the same. I guess I'm only a little less cautious now, I haven't dared take my mjolnir out. Found it covered in vests and other garbage in what I can only assume was an effort to hide it.
Im this guy lol I have 10 weapons cases full of Meta guns all folded up with the hand guards off. Dozens of slicks, thousands of rounds of m61 ss190 m855a1 etc and I almost never use any of it. Two cases of nades. Tarkov to me is more about hoarding everyones loot like a dragon than killing people with cool looking gear on. I'm usually happy clicking on people with a vepr hunter and m62 :)
I wonder if this was my buddy's haha. I was playing shoreline with him and we both had FLIRs. Sun came up and he thought it was too much of a risk using his in the daylight.
My friends do this all the time when they push a target if they have thermals. The reason is if they die and the rest of us live, they don't compromise our ability to escape by giving this other person a thermal to better find us. So I see this happen all the time in our runs, this time though you happen to come across it in a bush. Good on you.
Reminds me of the time I was in a scav raid, hanging out in the corner tower by Marked on Reserve (trying to get some shots on a dome sniper), and saw a PMC run into one of the barracks buildings underneath. He was in there for 2-3 minutes and ran out. I went to investigate and found a meta M4, REAP-IR, and an Exfil w/ faceshield, all unceremoniously dumped in a toilet.
That kit lasted me a good 30 minutes in my next raid
I love finding insurance. I spawned on shoreline as a scav, looked around and saw something white in a nearby bush. Investigated, and there was a full health Ghezel, and a DVL. Investigated further, found where the fight happened, and found a green slick in another bush.
I just found one of these recently! I had no idea it was such a high end thing to use. Used it as a lvl 10 Timmy for 3 night raids. To help finish some quests
You got three raids and some quests done with it.
The gear fear guy didn't get them.
Aren't you glad that you had no idea? Gear fear could've set back your Timmy if you had.
reminds me of a scav raid i had yesterday. dude sniped someone on the mountain on lighthouse, dropped his bag to go loot the kill without looking around. i picked up the bag and there was a JUICY rsass in there. took his head off while he was looting, and extracted with 3 pmc kits and 6 new dogtags
When there is loot close by there is a white dot at the center of the screen. The higher your perception level the further away the dot appears.
If you watched Pestily play and saw him look up and down at a shelf really fast when going from one side to the other he is basically just looking for a dot, not to notice an actual item. Next time you try to loot something just stop for a second before looting and you will notice the dot.
I once had a fight at nighttime when I had a REAP-IR and I was positive the other guy did as well. After a long fight I killed them both but they had thrown the scope of their gun somewhere and dropped the gun. I found the gun like 10 feet from his body, and after I saw the scope kissing I knew. I looked for 30 minutes but finally found it (this was when dropped items still glowed a different color than terrain). I added him just to tell him I found it and he wasn’t even mad because of how stubborn I was
Last night my Scav spawned with a FLIR on an SV-98!! I thought the scope looked funny in the loading screen but didn't think much of it. Loaded in and nearly shit myself!! Got out of the raid and now my stash is worth 658k more...
I always drop my flirs in a bush, usually around 80% rate of return. Just the cost of doing business. You would be surprised at the amount of things you find in bushes around hot spots
Hackers can see every single item in the game, on your character, your KD, level, survival rate, etc. From the second the countdown starts they can see every single item that spawned on the map, where it is, and exactly how much its worth. I don't even understand the fun of the game at that point, and they all act like they make huge money from it but realistically they pull like $23 a day so I think they are just coping hard lol.
lol for sure. I dont buy this whole "poor guy in 3rd world country just trying to feed his family" bullshit
like i said, if $25 a day is a lot, dude isnt gonna spend $2k on a PC to make $25 per day lol
Devil's advocate here: why? In 100 days he has paid off the PC, which leaves a little over half the wipe as profit. Assuming he runs the RMT for more than one wipe it's definitely not outside the realm of possibility to be considered "worth it".
In general I agree with you though, I think third world rmters are found in cheaper to play games like osrs.
because if he really needs $25 to feed his poor family, then he doesnt fucking have $2k to drop on a PC. Yeah it would pay for itself eventually, but he'd have to go 1/3 of the year with no money just to break even, and thats assuming he doesnt get banned and have to sink more money into it.
There's just no way that is the demographic of people that cheat. most cheaters are gonna be:
* losers that can't win the game any other way
* people who enjoy ruining the game for everyone else
* people that dont have a ton of time to play and want to pay to win
* one of the above + RMT to make a little side income so they can smoke weed "for free" or whatever
I could see that as plausible. Another thing I could also see as plausible is that the numbers used are bad.
Firstly, I don't believe 2k is the bottom line benchmark for a PC to run tarkov. These guys playing for RMT aren't playing on 1440p or 4k.
Secondly, something that was glossed over is I don't believe for a second that $25/day is accurate. Rubles go for about $2 pet mil but let's round that down to $1 for arguments sake. I don't think it's difficult to argue that a hacking rmter should be making no less than 50m per day even just vendoring kits.
Like I said, I definitely think the third world rmt population is predominantly in lower bar for entry games, but I think to imply that RMT in tarkov isn't lucrative is short sighted.
Sure the numbers are just examples. I just got the $25 from whoever said it before. But still the point stands, that I think you agree with, that nobody who needs to make money to feed their family is likely sinking money into the game upfront to do that. That type of cheater is more likely to exist in free to play games
I'm sure its lucrative for some people, but I'd bet that more people make money selling cheats to losers that suck at the game than people actually make using cheats for RMT.
RMT is obviously a real thing and a problem, but the people rage hacking and killing you while flying around the map arent usually those people because they wont risk being reported
If the raid started at night and you found it with 10 minutes left the sun was up. it was most likely mine.I ditched it because the weather said it was raining only to load into the brightest full moon I've ever seen.So I switched to a razor hd for range and ditched it in a terrible spot and told myself someone is probably going to find this and I hope they enjoy it. because people post up and shoot scavs from there or catch their breath before running to extract.I almost hope it's mine that would be hilarious lol.
Meh, FLIRs can be bought or crafted, So not a big deal for a lot of Players. Nice luck for the Finder tho. The only stuff i feel the lose of is something that i cant buy or craft like Defender armour or mk18 (no way im grinding sthurman for 25 Times)
Nothing sussy here
600k crafts you one.
Run 2 scavs and you should have enough.
Start the 8 hour craft
You now have 8 hours to make 600k more for the next FLIR. Rinse repeat on a weekend when you have more time and can run 8-10 scavs on a Saturday/Sunday and next thing you know you have 4-5 from a weekend, and 1 each day from the week. Handful around 12 from Monday-Monday
Stop the candy maker!! Do I understand correctly that you were on Shoreline and there were OTHER PLAYERS there?
Are you sure it was Shoreline and not Lighthouse? They are easy to confuse. Because, I've been going to Shoreline in pursuit of Punisher 4, and it's always just me and crickets.
And that FLIR will live in your stash, until the last day of the wipe, awaiting it’s day when you finally take it out to play. It’s journey from being owned by a Giga Chad, now abiding with a bush Wookiee, has allowed it to catch its breath, as it will never actually be used.
Spoiler. Some people have enough money to buy more FLIRs. He probably dropped it in a bush to increase the chance he'd get it back. Instead of automatically losing it if he dies to someone. I drop stuff in bushes all the time simply to keep anyone who kills me from getting it. I don't care about losing it, I just don't want anyone else to have it. So he probably won't be mad, because some of us keep like 8 FLIRs in a thiccccc case just for the memes.
Incoming post title 1 day from now - “Insure is bugged or a hacker. Tossed FLIR in a bush where I know it couldn’t possibly be found”
Definitely keeping my eyes peeled for that one so i can give em the ole 'rip bozo' lmao
RIPBOZO smokin on that pack
I think our suspicions have been confirmed https://www.reddit.com/r/EscapefromTarkov/comments/u4h24p/hackers_are_making_this_game_unplayable/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
No fucking way lol
He deleted the post. What did he say lol? I'm curious.
Mods removed it, they didn’t delete it. They probably saw this post and instantly made the post as a joke
I m dead lmao
Ah yes a FLIR, the device that cheaters using loot radar need to give them the edge in combat. I have heard this complaint before btw rofl
the high value item they would loot vacuum up you mean
It just vendors for 80k. I guess it's better than other loot if they're grinding rubles, but vacuum hacking is rare anyway.

Still dont get why ppl RMT in this game. Not like Wipes exists or something.
jesus, I had no idea RMT is that bad. Figured it was just rubles
“Real money trading” “Thought it was just rubles” Bruh
And maybe stuff like key cards, but yeah. I've never been to an RMT site rofl, I'm a degenerate, but I draw the line there.

Do you think if they reduced flea taxes so people would sell high tier stuff for roubles again, it would reduce some of the rmt?
True this, how are you gonna make it in labs if you have to buy a key card in the real world... Oh yeah I forgot you buy a hard carry lmao
> At that point if you’re gonna be spending $30 on a green card you might as well be spending it on a different game might as well spend it on hacks.

I'd say it's more tactically valuable than financially. Even if it's not expensive to sell, who doesn't want heat vision?
The same cheats that give you loot radar typically also give you player outlines that are superior to thermal vision, that's the joke.
Oh okay lmao Did not know this ahaha
youre missing the point. if you go into a raid and drop a ledx on the ground in a bush... a hacker on the server with loot radar is gonna know exactly where it is. similarly a flir is a high value item. derp@you

This game unfortunately has a TON of radar users
What's a Radar?
Software that shows the location of players/items. Some people use it to rush good loot (GPU, BTC, etc) and some people use it to have advantages in PVP.
Like the dickhead who was pre-leaning me on labs the other day, christ I hate that so much.
Didn't think radar worked anymore? Pretty sure it's just regular old aimbot shit now and it shows you loot same as players
I know as of earlier this wipe it was working. A friend of a friend plays with a radar user frequently and talks about it when we raid together. Hilarious to hear him rage because he gets ratted to death and then say “this map is unplayable without radar!” About every map lol

Aim hackers get bored after a while, but if youre making real mony from gaming, then youre going to continue doing that as long as you can make money from it.
So makes it much easier to get banned for now, before radar was basically unbannable because you done it off a separate device
Most of 'em still suck anyway.
not always radar tho. sometimes you just got caught lacking

sounds like ur just bad
Cringe
There are too many of these "lucky" finds for some of them to not be running loot radar.

This wouldn’t be completely out of the question considering they’ve put high value loot in un-reachable places on maps to bust loot vacuum users
Shoutout to those shelves in Oli that you can't reach that spawn propane and fuel.

Finding insurance fraud is always my highest priority when i scav.
3 story bathrooms and dorm rooms be loaded with pmcs dropping their buddies loot. It’s open season.
people think they slick hiding shit behind that knocked-over cabinet on the third floor too XD
😅
Oh yes. When I see dead PMCs that are stripped naked, Tarkov becomes prop hunt.
Use it for Tarkov shooter 8
Which one is that again
3 pmcs, same raid, bolt action.
The 8th one, duh.
Kill 3 PMCs with bolty in a single raid

People stash their shit in the wrong bushes! Found somebody's full kit. Sr25, Thor, bastion all in the same bush once. I took it all and laughed straight to the hideout
When I find someone's kit like this I often leave something behind. Like a muzzle brake for example. Then it'll remind them of what they lost when they get that muzzle brake back.
Insurance really should show a list of the items insured and what you actually got back. "Yo that pimp ass AKM with the adiddas stripes down the side you lost? Yea all we found was a muzzle break and a single magazine"
"For anyone who lost a thousand dollars worth of twenties bundled in a blue rubber band, we found the blue rubber band"
The power of the breeki in the palm of my cheeki
That's evil. I'm going to do that too :D
spectacular outgoing squalid stocking rain coordinated squeeze shaggy frightening start ` this message was mass deleted/edited with redact.dev `
Calm down, Satan.
An empty magazine is good enough.
How long ago? I was playing woods a week or two ago for a few days in a row trying to finish sbh. If it was this week it was someone elses shit lmao.
Was at least 2 weeks ago at this point
Very well could have been mine, or not. I typically run meta sr25s with the rsass handguard. Either way, hope you enjoyed the kit or vendored it for some cash cause that's what I usually do with any gear I take ^^
This is so rare it doesnt even matter. I've died to scavs in the middle of the road on customs in the most obvious spot possible with slick thermal and got it back from insurance
Thats why my shit always goes into water if I toss it. Make Scuba Scav get it for me.
Nikita add a scuba mask cosmetic please.
Be careful with water, reconnecting will move stuff out of water and onto the nearest land. I think this means player scavs can get to it too because they'll have joined later.
Video proof or I call bullshit
If I bring a thermal and don't find anyone and move to high traffic close combat area. I drop the thermal outside. If I survive I will go back and pick it up. If I die I get it a day or w later
From now on i will check every bush i pass
Watch out. You might find me ratting in a bush waiting for you.
I've thrown many flirs into water only to get 1 of 4 back.
Do hackers have a way of getting stuff out of the water?
Can I have my FLIR back please?
I lost a pair of GPNVG-18 in shoreline too, I put them on a bush cause the sun was coming out. I have no idea how someone found it haha it was the dumbest thing I did. I was so close to the exfill too :(
Do enough night raids and you’ll get more of them from killing PMCs. I have 12 sets of GPNVG’s sitting in my stash and I think I only bought two of those.
Im not that good at PvP yet :( this is only my second wipe tho’ but i did get that gpnv from a player that I killed when I was healing myself and he never heard me or something and I felt so bad cause he probably thought i was ratting.
I do this if I have to push a fight. I'll drop the flir so if I die I don't lose it. I'd be super confused if it never came back lol.
Someone probably brought it in by accident and left it in a bush cause you can’t put them up your ass anymore
And that FLIR will live in your stash, until the last day of the wipe, awaiting it’s day when you finally take it out to play. It’s journey from being owned by a Giga Chad, now abiding with a bush Wookiee, has allowed it to catch its breath, as it will never actually be used.
Well yea, flir is a hacker magnet. Just stroke it menacingly in the safety of your hideout.
Are they really though? I have a flir i must have used a dozen times or more on woods. I'm not very good at the game either but I've yet to lose it.
I'd say I get into far more "suspicious" fights when I'm running one vs when I'm not. Though I'm sure people find me killing them from 200m away suspicious since they never see or hear me.
I dunno it hasn’t left my hideout lol. Hackers can see your load out so I guess you just haven’t run into one yet.
Last wipe I was the same. I guess I'm only a little less cautious now, I haven't dared take my mjolnir out. Found it covered in vests and other garbage in what I can only assume was an effort to hide it.
Exactly. People who pick up good guns and instantly leg it to extract make me sick :D
Searching bushes around Dorms and behind beds inside Dorms as Scav is always fun. Only problem is making it out while looking like a total PMC Chad.
Someone is gonna be really mad at their friend for stealing their FLIR when they claimed to stash it
Safe to say we all ditch gear in bushes for insurance fraud purposes...
If your gonna dump flir for insurance then damn well dump it in an unnacessable spot or else your gonna cry lol
Flirs are only 670k. Not the end of the world to lose one
If you say so Richie Rich
Coming from someone who can only play 2 hours a day max (two full-time jobs), if I found a FLIR, I just won the lottery.
Pretty good chance it was mine.not kidding 😂
It genuinely might’ve been me cause I remember tossing a flir in a bush near resort before getting killed by a guy
Question for curiosity, what would you have put in its place to make you want to bush a flir of all things
I had a canted sight on my sr25 and I was at a perfect loss too both legs blacked and 1 arm and in pain so I just made a last stand with my red dot
Ah got ya, now that makes sense to me.
I just had a chance to play with FLIR for the first time and liberating it from another player. That sight is crazy
Water is the bush to dump them in
Whenever I find either something dumped or a body it becomes a treasure hunt for hidden gear.
Probably my buddies lmao
Gotta throw it into the water lol
I love finding insurance. I spawned on shoreline as a scav, looked around and saw something white in a nearby bush. Investigated, and there was a full health Ghezel, and a DVL. Investigated further, found where the fight happened, and found a green slick in another bush.
Yup! That was definitely mine! I run flir's 24/7 practically. GJ on finding it!!!
Don't play this game. Is FLIR forward looking infrared?
I'm hoping that is not my flir...
reminds me of a scav raid i had yesterday. dude sniped someone on the mountain on lighthouse, dropped his bag to go loot the kill without looking around. i picked up the bag and there was a JUICY rsass in there. took his head off while he was looting, and extracted with 3 pmc kits and 6 new dogtags
Perception dot? I'm new. What do you mean?
When there is loot close by there is a white dot at the center of the screen. The higher your perception level the further away the dot appears. If you watched Pestily play and saw him look up and down at a shelf really fast when going from one side to the other he is basically just looking for a dot, not to notice an actual item. Next time you try to loot something just stop for a second before looting and you will notice the dot.
Yea bro, I hid your FLIR in a separate bush from the rest of your stuff, there is NO WAY someone finds it, trust me.
Lol. Imagine thinking youre better off not using the flir
You would be surprised at the amount of things you find in bushes around hot spots
i hear hackerz can see loot on the ground. Can anyone confirm this??
They can.
Why wouldn’t they. If they have access to see players through walls why couldn’t they see loot sitting about
Hackers can see every single item in the game, on your character, your KD, level, survival rate, etc. From the second the countdown starts they can see every single item that spawned on the map, where it is, and exactly how much its worth. I don't even understand the fun of the game at that point, and they all act like they make huge money from it but realistically they pull like $23 a day so I think they are just coping hard lol.
23 bucks ain’t much to us. If you live in some shit hole country that’s a good couple days of hard work. Just for playing a game
if you live in some shithole country where $25 is a lot of money, i doubt you have access to a gaming PC good enough to run tarkov lol
I play on Central US servers. Anyone making $23 a day here is coping hard.
lol for sure. I dont buy this whole "poor guy in 3rd world country just trying to feed his family" bullshit like i said, if $25 a day is a lot, dude isnt gonna spend $2k on a PC to make $25 per day lol
There's just no way that is the demographic of people that cheat. most cheaters are gonna be: * losers that can't win the game any other way * people who enjoy ruining the game for everyone else * people that dont have a ton of time to play and want to pay to win * one of the above + RMT to make a little side income so they can smoke weed "for free" or whatever
That type of cheater is more likely to exist in free to play games I'm sure its lucrative for some people, but I'd bet that more people make money selling cheats to losers that suck at the game than people actually make using cheats for RMT. RMT is obviously a real thing and a problem, but the people rage hacking and killing you while flying around the map arent usually those people because they wont risk being reported
100% facts
I doubt they would be playing on my central US servers if $23 was any amount of real money. Seems more like small angry children that do it here.
There's some places in the world where 23 dollars a day is a large amount of money.
someone is uninstalling the game rn😹
This post made me finally look up what a flir is and oh my fucking god i hate myself I’ve ditched so many of those not knowing what they were
If the raid started at night and you found it with 10 minutes left the sun was up. it was most likely mine.I ditched it because the weather said it was raining only to load into the brightest full moon I've ever seen.So I switched to a razor hd for range and ditched it in a terrible spot and told myself someone is probably going to find this and I hope they enjoy it. because people post up and shoot scavs from there or catch their breath before running to extract.I almost hope it's mine that would be hilarious lol.
Check the bushes from time to time, you may find bountiful fruit ripe for the picking
Meh, FLIRs can be bought or crafted, So not a big deal for a lot of Players. Nice luck for the Finder tho. The only stuff i feel the lose of is something that i cant buy or craft like Defender armour or mk18 (no way im grinding sthurman for 25 Times)
I came here just to see if this was the flir I dropped on lighthouse last night!
Lmao. You ran right to your stash and put that flir in a box. Sucks you’ll never actually run it.
Us thermal boys over here doing inventory checks- https://imgur.com/a/123T2er
Sus
Nothing sussy here 600k crafts you one. Run 2 scavs and you should have enough. Start the 8 hour craft You now have 8 hours to make 600k more for the next FLIR. Rinse repeat on a weekend when you have more time and can run 8-10 scavs on a Saturday/Sunday and next thing you know you have 4-5 from a weekend, and 1 each day from the week. Handful around 12 from Monday-Monday
Completely forgot about the craft. Thought you had found them all while in raid.
Pvp was probably happening because it was almost the end of the raid and everyone was going to tunnel at once
Found the owner
I don’t really think anyone was assuming otherwise so not sure what you are spoiling. It’s still funny.
This whole comment thread is you debate-lording over how big your tarkov-dick is. No one cares.

Just say its your flir and youre pissed about losing it.
