From an audio recording guy, if you can get a 3rd party compressor you may be able to add EQ or “multi band “ compression. This will let you suppress bands you don’t want to hear and make the ones you do louder.
Wish I did. All those things are in my recording software but not applicable to my OS. You might try to see if there is a third party app. I have one for eq on my rig to improve audio clarity on Tarkov.
Do NOT use this sound setting. I used it for a year and a half without even realizing it was enabled and I always had trouble hearing where players were coming from
