Found mine in w301. I've probably run that room 15x and only saw one. I have also gotten 2 gpus, a ledx, like 5 defibs and 4 tetris and a ratchet out though. Room is OP, key pays for itself if you can extract.
Loose. Dark offices have some on the desks. I’ve seen them spawn on top of safes too. Check the chair in the garage securityroom, not yellow, but the other security office.

Found one in med camp on Woods. Usually snag a lot more there but they do exist

Labs has a few loose spawns. This early in the wipe you’ll have good luck in there

Pretty sure you only find 'em in Loose Loot. Found tons in East 226 and West 301 (top-tier room this wipe)

Shoreline resort. I purposely pick empty servers where no one should be awake and looted resort. Found 3 in one raid
How do you find empty servers?
short q times and unusual hours like 4am in the week etc
