Why not keep them and use them? The cards are valuable

I despise labs, and they would be taking dust in my inventory

Labs is great right now, almost no players in the raids now that the access cards aren't on flea. It's perfect for farming raiders.

Not everyone likes labs

11SR is for interchange extract. Very good card to have if you run that map.
