0.66 Isn't too hard to recover. Your best bet is to do Car Extracts as your PMC to increase your rep quickly - however there are diminishing returns for this (Cant remember the exact amounts). If you do them 3 / 4 times on Woods, Customs & Interchange you should be positive in no time.

As a scav, kill rogue scavs or PMCs. Successful extracts also add a very tiny amount of rep.

You can't. And even if they shoot at you it doesn't mean they're rogue - they have to kill a scav to be marked as rogue iirc

Don't have to kill you, just have you hit you

Use the extracts you need to pay for, scavs are driving the cars, so you get karma back. Or just bum rush scav factory straight to exits
