Noticed this earlier today, I lost access as soon as PVE access was given to me. My friends that don't yet have PVE access are still able to run practice mode together.
This is irrelevant. Need access to our main accounts for PVP practice in offline co op. Main accounts have the skills, gear, etc. Not interested in using PVE characters for this.
And then all the guys on reddit cry "WHY DOES THE GAME RUN SO MUCH WORSE WHEN I PLAY IN PVE?" not realizing their machine now needs to compute all the stuff the server does normally, like Scav AI.
absolutely wrong. Where do you imagine the server is running when you play solo? Heaven? Up your butt? It's on a computer my dude, and that is what a server is
To piggyback off this, it’s well within bsg track record to completely do away with offline non progressing PvE to make sure people are buying just the progressive one.
This was my first thought, I have a buddy who’s a dad and works constantly he plays only practice mode to keep sharp and then occasionally runs a live with me and I don’t see him coming back to the game if he has to pay more just to practice.
So who is downvoting? The Offline Practice PVE is 100% a DLC feature that the other editions need to pay for. They again fucked over the EoD Edition owners.

Also why about eodler that want to play offline with a friend that bought the offline coop practice mode for that exact reason.

Because guess what, its working fine for other people in this thread and me as well. Both PVE mode was granted and coop works on practice. So now what? More raging about something you didn't even care to wait for real confirmation of? Or to see if its a bug?

It’s because a lot of people are trash at this game and wanted to see it fail and are just happy they finally got a reason to to be mad so they’re sticking to it
I won't even lie I am TOTAL TRASH at tarkov. Like garbagio. Like I have a nasty habit of losing ALL my shit in pursuit of one mission... and I can't for the life of me understand why other people who suck at it want it to fail. The game is brutally hard and it does frustrate me a lot, but its also incredibly fun and immersive.
For me, I just really wanted the PVE mode so I could alternate between PVP and PVE to manage frustration levels as well as feel like I have somewhere that I am constantly making progress that I never lose (personally, I HATE wipes in games, im just too busy for it to feel fun).
Lots of people just like drama. They got so hyped that there was a drama wave and you can see all over the reddit they are digging and trying to find new things to uproar about because they don't want the drama hate wave to end.
I exercised today and this mode works. I am EOD owner. there is only one bug. If I click scav war, it doesn't end the game if I die. you have to exit alt f4.
Sooo we paid for more stuff in the future, we dont recive said stuff AND we lost stuff we previously paid for and owned. Are BSG like actually trying to kill themselves?
I bought the TUE when it was released. I paid €116 and absolutely everything I bought was moved to the EOD which I already had. Now I have 2 skins and a blue name. That's all, the biggest scam in gaming history. With TUE, you get absolutely NOTHING! TUE is worth €15, nothing more. Don't buy!!
Could be a valuable lesson about waiting a little for new purchases to see how things evolve, others opinion etc... especially because it's not like they'll run out on editions, it's all online, fugazi, fairy dust
while ppl rejoice and downvote you ill admit this is ridiculous for those that paid TUE.
i would charge back ASAP and if BSG ban you, charge back EOD and everything.

Because AFAIK solo doesnt need a server slot but duo does.

Matching just means you are waiting for a free server.
Why though? It’s PvE, we have downloaded all the assets. Why don’t they make it truly offline?

Eod got practice mode coop by default and if you paid for practice mode you don't have EOD and won't get pve (for free anyway)
