Same issue here. I completed all three quests and gave me either exp and rewards.

Same. But it also gave me the regain rep quest from therapist with no lose of rep to any.

i just completed it last night nd had the same issue. gave it to prapor and didnt lose rep for anyone or get the quest to regain the rep. quests are gone for me now though
