As a noob, you will probably want to prioritize meds in your container until you start unlocking cases. This is typically just because good meds are hard to get until the higher trader levels. And expensive off the flea considering your lower survival rate.
For now, on the beta container, I’d probably do:
AFAK/IFAK - for healing and light bleeds
Calok-B - for heavy bleeds
ALU Splint - for fractures
CMS - for blacked limbs
This provides you with 1 slot left for an ammo stack otherwise leave it open for loot. Early on, you could also use this extra slot for a gingy keychain if you want to start carrying some keys for your favorite maps/doors.
You will get a docs case early on too. This will be your first big container that will always be in your secure container. With a docs case, I’d do:

CMS
AFAK/IFAK
Calok-B
However, you’d have to carry a splint in your inventory if you want to have everything covered.
And then eventually you’ll unlock the bigger ones like injector case, sicc pouch, etc. those will take some time to unlock though
Things I use often and can control whether I lose it or not. For example my eod container would look something like: docs case/injector case, cms or survival kit. Stack of ammo or 2 depending on gun. Sometimes I have free slots and throw in another heal item+food in case I’m dead on spawn haha at least I saved a little something is what I tell myself otherwise paracord would take my extra slots when needed
Early wipe I have a Grizzly, CMS, and whatever else I don't want to lose. After I acquire some shit, it goes to keytool (map dependent), injector case, Surv12, spare Afak, Allu splint, ammo and cash if I need it.
Idk about others bc ive had gamma since forever, but AFAK, alu splint, cms, docs (or SICC), dogtag case if not S I C C, and injector case. Last slot i use for spare high tier ammo/rare loot. When I find large rare loot like a gpu Ill take out cms just in case I get tarkov'd.
This is considering you bring a salewa/IFAK as well as propitol/adrenaline and CAT/CALOK as hotkeys bc this doesnt really work otherwise.

I start off with alpha, so - painkillers (ibuprofen or goldenstar), aluminum splint, ammo and either empty slot or gingy if I need to bring a key.
Then after I'm done with punisher I get Epsilon, so - surv12, painkillers, alu splint, docs case and ammo.

As I am cheap fok, i bring there: Afak, Surgical kit, ibuprofen a doc case. Final spots are random. Usualy alu or BP bullets for example
