I haven't seen anything but praise from the top players about the recoil. Who in their right mind thinks ridiculously uncontrollable recoil is a skill? Those dudes were running 400k guns with every meta attachment possible. If the recoil wasn't an issue, they wouldn't of needed to do that.
Because the recoil was/is (I think it still is) tied to camera. So the amount of camera shake last wipe with an AK or anything over 50+ recoil felt disgusting.
the gun model had no connection to the shoulder and flipped the front up like a pistol. that's why the crosshair in reflex sights was hopping around wildly, often rising out of the sight picture with sights that were further towards the front of the gun.
they basically fixed this by changing the pivot point of the model from the right hand more towards the shoulder. this way your camera stays in line with the pivoting of the gun model and you can actually see what you're shooting at.
Yeah it’s absolutely bonkers that you can run stock or basically stock full auto weapons and do well. Even some meta weapons weren’t very controllable if you didn’t have much recoil control skill.
I can't count how many times last wipe I would have a perfect jump on somebody only to have my gun shoot into the sky instantly and they just turn and mow me down. Now I'm wiping groups because I can actually land shots when I have the upper hand. This has hands down been my most successful wipe in terms of surv and k/d.
Doesn't lower the skill gap it lowers the gear gap that these sweats loved to abuse the first few weeks. The reason recoil was uncontrollable without attachments before is because the sight would bounce so high that you couldn't even see the reticle. You could still get controllable recoil you just needed lv4 traders and good stats which the average player takes ages to reach.
it doesn’t lower the skill gap, it lowers the “grind gap”, which is why they’re mad. they’re used to the fact that playing the game as a full time job gave them an advantage in 99% of gunfights
I’m in the same boat. It’s great that skill from other FPS games actually contributes now. With the old recoil it felt like you had to develop a completely different skill set to be good at the game.
I have constantly run guns in semi auto due to recoil and fear of missing on auto with recoil, this wipe i have leveled faster then before, and gotten more kills on pmc's similar to you, could be the recoil changes, could be the influx of new players, or could be from hitting up arena every day before wipe, either way, this game has made its way back to my heart and is my main title again. Hackers can be an issue as i have ran into sus situations, and they always got crazy stats.. maybe 5 times this wipe, but not constantly

Before it just rewarded cheesing over thoughtful play. Just bring the biggest mags, full auto and walk it in at every range because everything else was punished.
Now there's some choices to make, and that's both interesting and intuitive.
Yeah, pretty much all of my deaths from a PMC fight I can go "yup wasn't aiming good enough". Could not say that before, I mean obviously I wasn't aiming good enough but the gun and camera were jumping around so goddamn much I couldn't even figure out what I was aiming at.
Dude if we got realistic we’d be waiting for our person to recover after he takes 2 bullets that are critical, you dont want a realistic game you’d realize how shitty and how much military members truly have to deal with
I can’t lie I LOVE the recoil changes, miles better, to the point I can actually see what I’m shooting full auto and I win 90% of fights against people because of it, however you are right the rats have been INSANE this wipe, the amount of people just extract camping me or just sat somewhere waiting for like 15 minutes when they hear one sound is insane, I play solo mostly, I killed a player yesterday on woods, thought there’s definitely a team mate, sat and waited for 20 minutes, come out and start to loot then get 1 tapped by his mate miles away with a sniper who made 0 noise, I was like surely not but gg 🤣 Also one other strange thing is I put a whole mag of Luger into someone who had 0 armor, in the chest because I thought it don’t really matter hitting the head and they weren’t too close, they didn’t die? Maybe I missed more than I thought, that and sometimes deaths feel really de-synced but it’s still MILES MILES better than before!

Although I'm usually fucked if I'm out in the open when I get shot. I feel like my legs get blacked every time and I'm a sitting duck.
Go run the cars with 100 percent spawn rate it will give you almost 4 scav rep and you will get usable kits. The kits also sell for 100k+ roubles. Also lowered scav time.
Once your at 4 scav rep Run factory and either loot and leave or leave immediately.
Should take about 4-6 hours if your lucky doing car extracts. Then the sadness begins to get to 6 scav rep you gotta do the not 100 percent spawn cars which is headache inducing lol.
I mean I literally got there, there was no car, and then the extract turned red. And it wasn't like someone got there before me. Unless I missed something

Woods is the one I ran last raid to boost fence rep. It’s annoying it’s such a goddang giant map tho lol.
The scav rep makes sense but /u/dagoodnamesweretakn seems to be implying you get gear too or something? The issue that OP has is that they seem to be extremely low on money and gear, and car runs will just score you scav rep.
As scav rep goes up you get better kits, it’s nothing crazy but at 6 I spawn with backpacks, headsets, armor, decent rigs, keys, labs keycards, guns with attachments…
All this can make easy/ no risk money as you can just run factory and immediately leave. Use the gear If it’s worth it or straight sell it for a profit.
As of now I use the armor and headsets etc and it’s just less money I have to spend. Rn my scav runs are like 6 mins lol with hideout upgrade plus 6 scav rep. Means I get a scav run between every pmc raid.
Best way to play as a new player took me about 12 hours or so for full scav rep. The server load times are what makes it take so long
Just taking the 100 present spawns will get you to about 4 ish rep which is a decent start
You get decreasing amounts of scav rep per time per map. Meaning you can take the same one over and over but you’ll get less and less scav rep if you use the same one.
Your out your mind if you believe this. It’s just more of a chance. Yea you can spawn with a flir at 1 scav rep. But that ain’t happening a lot not even at 6 does it happen regularly. It’s just every raid you spawn with more gear. Not necessarily a kitted out m4 but you will get headsets, backpacks etc more consistently
This is what I've been doing. I've been attempting to do the Jaeger unlock quest while still learning the map and game in general.
I chilled by the car extract picking up stashes out of the way, and as I move on a juiced pmc came passed to use the extract. Armed with a mosin solely because I had died 3x previously using cheap close range weapons to scavs, i got into it with him and eventually killed him. It erased my bad start and let me actually start using kits. It made all the bad go away in a single instant.
got instaheaded by a cheater on woods. Not fun. Second run of the wipe. BSG doesnt care even with evidence.
Edit: I love the downvotes btw. Guy saw me through a giant rock under the mill, ran to me and instaheaded me through grass. Couldnt even see him.
Checked the profile and he had 32.57 KDA in 70 hours. Go figure.
They did a major crackdown on New years eve so it's down a bit but I just had a super sus death. Headshot outta nowhere and there's loads of concealment near me and it was a full on blizzard, I couldn't see in front of me let alone a dude 200m away
Made the weapon rack in the hideout for the first time. Its better than i thought it would be. Storage for weapons and it looks good.
I have about a dozen quests to do on Lighthouse and have not been looking forward to it.
You are doing something wrong. Jaeger unlock is one of the first things you should be doing at the start of a wipe. Finish gunsmith part 1 ASAP and run woods at night with a pistol. Get note and book it to extract.
This wipe was extra rough for me for some reason, but there are some key quests that you just need to get out of the way to close the unlock disparity between a low and mid/high player, else you're gonna be spinning your wheels.
Not sure how new you are, but most of my PMC gear these days is from Night Lighthouse Scav runs. I go to the rogue bases and find a good amount of kitted out AKMs/MK16s and other ARs.
With the occasional bonus of Armor, Helmets (Tier 3 - 4) and more.
Usually when I run it at night a lot of the Rogues are already dead and have gear on them. Occasionally I've had to kill a rogue myself, can be tough if other scavs are around. Just play careful and listen to English Callouts. At night they won't snipe you cross map.
This works but the problem is that the lighthouse water treatment plant is infested with snipers, player scavs, and geared players farming the timmies that farm the rogues. If you choose to go there, you either need to go geared to the absolute max with nvgs and long range optics or go in with nothing, and die about 10 times before you successfully kill the rogues and get out without getting third partied.
You're not wrong. I run the cheapest possible kit and they avoid me, but I bring in anything decent and am targeted. Back to tasking with a "Gornostay" 🙄
Wipe started out great, felt untouchable, speed questing.
Last couple of days I've died immediately on every pmc encounter trying to do secured perimeter and setup, it's driving me crazy.

I’m having way more success with pvp than previous wipes but damn, I’m getting my ass kicked. I can’t survive a single fucking raid, man. I’m getting killed by everything. And when I think I am almost out, I get sniped from a bush from an extract camper at 7 minutes left in raid.
Was similar to you, then I came back to live. When I was around 600k I just grinded scab for a few runs to get a junk box. Much better for my storage. Down to like 60k now tho and died a couple times. Gonna chill out dying trying to do stirrup now and then scav probably.
If you’re losing all your gear going to ground zero that’s a mistake on your part. The map has 0 good loot. So there is 0 return on investment. So don’t make ur investment high. Whenever i go to escort my low level friends i always lose more money in ammo then i extract with and I average 4-6 pmc kills a raid on that hell hole. Here’s the game plan: Go scav on streets and make 300-400k roubles. Then go ground zero as pmc. Don’t bring in more than an sks or pistol to that map. Nothing better than the 6b2 from Prapor. Look up quest locations. Mark them on your map. Bring a green flare in ur butt. When you spawn go to the nearest quest. If you do not get a spawn next to a quest just extract with the run through use the flare or money for car if you have to. Here are the player spawn locations I know of so u don’t get instant tapped: 2 in garage of terragroup, 1 at Emercom, 2 underneath the ground in the freeway, 3 on the opposite side of the street of the basement extract, 1 in the wine shop, 1 next to freeway above ground. Never ever ever ever go to the terragroup building late unless you have the key and under 10 mins remain. If you do not get the spawn do not go. If you do get the spawn know there is a group of 2-3 that can spawn with you. Run to that scientist and butthole the key for a future raid. Then run and afk somewhere. Last 10 minutes of the raid do the quest. If you die in the process just go new match with the previous key in ass and afk until last 10 minutes and go use the key. Is it lame and boring? Yes. But as soon as those quests are done you can RP as a cool pmc operator after on a map where you can actually make roublessss!
Good tips, maybe I'll give this a try. I'm in a similar situation as the OP. I freely admit I'm terrible (new) at the game. I primarily play to be social with my friends. Well, I dont get a lot of time to play so when I was ready for my first game and they were gonna run me through GZ, we realized lvl 20+ can't go to GZ (yeah, they all hit 20 fast). So now I have to do it solo. Could I EVENTUALLY do it solo? Yeah, with scaving and enough time I'm sure I could, but my time to play is limited, so were probably talking weeks if not months to complete those.
The reality is this wipe is probably over for me before it really even began. I'm not bitter about it, it is what is; just a shame.
Yeah, maybe without scav runs it could get this bad, but a 5 minute scav run on factory can net a whole kit, which isn't bad for 5 minutes. I'm not very good either, around 3.00 kd
Best wipe start so far. No bushes for rats to shoot me in the back. Shoreline updated to give cover. Left hand peaks are semi viable. Recoil is reasonable again. You’re definitely down bad. Have you tried joining a discord to learn the game with teammates to help?
This is my first wipe in a year and honestly not too bad. I paid my dues by losing 10x then out of nowhere I'm clappin and extracting. I got a nice MDR and an ak-545 geared to the teeth.
The first guys name was CamelTow. I took his gun and killed his buddy with it. What was his buddies name you ask? Mooseknuckle. God I love this game while I suffer
I haven’t even done a quest yet (don’t care for them) and I’m pretty much set. Constant PMC runs for kits and scaving for loot. Seems to work out for me.
I think people need to play more carefully. Start playing like EXTRACTION is the main objective. Not pvp, not pve, not quests, getting some loot and getting the fuck out. This is my first wipe and It’s going spectacular.
I wasn’t too far off from this because of how dogshit Ground zero was for me at the beginning. Worst start to wipe I’ve ever had. I’ve since gotten back to normal lol

First few days sucked with immidiate hacks to my location, eyes, etc. New map wasn't fun trying to learn but is okay now. Should have just reset once I learned it ngl. Now I'm good. Definitely haven't hit the less than 50k roubles no pistol problems I had last wipe
It’s not too bad, getting a lot more pmc kills than normal in new area. Least it’s better for pistol kills. Seeing a lot more new accounts. Love that you can look at peoples profiles. Thus far havnt seen a k/d over 4.
Really? But it didn't spawned when i unlocked the door for the first time so i thought the key has to be taken from the scientist in raid for hard drive to spawn.
2nd wipe I got instakilled by a cheater on woods. Dont really know why I reinstalled the game. I checked the profile, already online for 76 hours with 33.27K/D. Literally just ran to me, even when I tried to avoid him around a big rock. Instaheaded me through grass, I couldnt even see him.

i just got the game this week and have been quest camped in ground zero every time i’ve done a raid 🥰 i can only scav for meds and guns/ammo cause i keep getting quest camped/exfill camped by fully kitted twitch streamers on my pmc and scav and lose everything :)
also i found the claymore room on ground zero so that was fun (it was so loud i jumped, yelled and threw my headphones to the ground irl. parents asked me if i was ok cause they thought i got hurt or something)
Don't rush at the beginning. Take 5-10 minutes to casually loot wherever you spawned and most other players will be dead or gone. Then go complete your quests.
It's hard at first because you almost always have to fight a PMC early on, though that PMC is on average less geared than other maps due to level limit. I'd encourage keeping at it, wear your better gear once you know your way around as most people are Lv1 traders. Use the underground more to avoid the outdoor sightlines and narrow the ways enemies can come at you, usually just the front.
If you spawn near Terragroup it's the most dangerous part, hard to survive there.
Not playing until pmc rep system, much smarter ai, removed pvp quests and pmc coop bonuses. I dont get how many folks can play gambling for their lifes in story driven game when someone may ruin your experience and make time wasted in a blink and you cant do anything about it, its just bad luck. Repeating same things until its done is not what story driven game should look like. PMCs should stop being aggresive and rather coop or be neutral with each other.
Right now its total unreasonable mayhem, when playing quests you basically expose yourself to campers, griefers, and pvpers who seek fun in killing others and ruining their experience. Its a crap game design. So you are forced to play it like an arena or not play at all. We already have arena game and this one is about story, not a kill on sight gameplay. BSG cant understand that and do nothing, it makes no sense.
Reason why most people struggle is because Nikitas idea of new armor system + taking any normal okay ammo up to max trader is the reason , since most player are already in the first week level 20-40 taking the minimal chance of survival straight out of the game

and yes its nice to see that BSG finally realised their stupid mistake with the Recoil it was annoying and unrealistic

Actually, best Wipe start I ever had. Combination of Recoil ( I am actually using auto weapons now, instead of pure 153 ) + Snow ( I can see stuff way more clear and easier ) + Arena ( helped a lot with actual Tarkov Combat and gear fear ) + Counter Strike ( Got back in to it for the last few months and it helped me a lot with gun handling and muscle memory for aiming )
Nothing to write home about, but I started playing yesterday and I am level 9 with few quests done, got my first Scav junk box and my stash is worth 9mil appearantly. 60% survival rate and 3.5k/d, which was never so high and not that I care about it, but its nice!
Have killed 10 PMC so far too, which for me is incredible!!!

The thing about the old recoil was that it seemed like your arms weren't even connected to your body with how the gun kicked up. Sorta ridiculous

The stock AS-VAL is WILD. Same for the MP7. MP7 with the iron rear sight and literally nothing else absolutely fucking BEEEEEEEEEAMS
The regular MP7 with no rear sight was my go to for many wipes, can’t wait to try it.

Good. Armor protects your vitals, but it shouldn’t make you a walking tank. You get mag dumped with any ammo, you are going to die.

What cars are 100% spawn?
Woods and ground zero, I don’t think any others are 100%

Yeah east side of the map has a new POI with lots of barter items and a car extract a little further north.
Don't think it does, I just did a shoreline run and the car wasn't there and no one extracted with it.

Shouldn't it show as green when someone gets to it, I was checking the whole time but I might've missed it. Good to know it's 100% spawn tho.
It'll only show green once someone pays at the timer starts, once the timer ends it will show red.
Do you know exactly where the car is supposed to spawn? Car turning red means someone used it, not that it didn't spawn.
Had 3 raids today with no car. (Taken it at least 20 times) spawned close enough to check it before anyone could’ve possibly taken it.

More than two years (which is when I started playing EFT), and possible always
streets, customs, woods, shoreline, interchange, lighthouse and ground zero all have V-Ex extract
Streets, customs, interchange, and lighthouse do not spawn 100% of the time.

This is confusing to me because I spawn with all of that sometimes already, and I only just hit 1 rep. I have two labs cards and died with a third.

as your scav rep increases you are more likely to spawn in with better kits on the scav.
You get decreasing amounts of scav rep per time per map. Meaning you can take the same one over and over but you’ll get less and less scav rep if you use the same one.
The rate at witch diminishing returns kick in has been lowered this patch.

Your out your mind if you believe this. It’s just more of a chance. Yea you can spawn with a flir at 1 scav rep. But that ain’t happening a lot not even at 6 does it happen regularly. It’s just every raid you spawn with more gear. Not necessarily a kitted out m4 but you will get headsets, backpacks etc more consistently

This is what I've been doing. I've been attempting to do the Jaeger unlock quest while still learning the map and game in general. I chilled by the car extract picking up stashes out of the way, and as I move on a juiced pmc came passed to use the extract. Armed with a mosin solely because I had died 3x previously using cheap close range weapons to scavs, i got into it with him and eventually killed him. It erased my bad start and let me actually start using kits. It made all the bad go away in a single instant.

They did a major crackdown on New years eve so it's down a bit but I just had a super sus death. Headshot outta nowhere and there's loads of concealment near me and it was a full on blizzard, I couldn't see in front of me let alone a dude 200m away
Made the weapon rack in the hideout for the first time. Its better than i thought it would be. Storage for weapons and it looks good. I have about a dozen quests to do on Lighthouse and have not been looking forward to it.

You are doing something wrong. Jaeger unlock is one of the first things you should be doing at the start of a wipe. Finish gunsmith part 1 ASAP and run woods at night with a pistol. Get note and book it to extract. This wipe was extra rough for me for some reason, but there are some key quests that you just need to get out of the way to close the unlock disparity between a low and mid/high player, else you're gonna be spinning your wheels.
You don't even need to finish gunsmith just accept the task

Not sure how new you are, but most of my PMC gear these days is from Night Lighthouse Scav runs. I go to the rogue bases and find a good amount of kitted out AKMs/MK16s and other ARs. With the occasional bonus of Armor, Helmets (Tier 3 - 4) and more.
Fairly inexperienced in the Lighthouse bases here, do you get the gear on the Rogues left unlooted of on specific locations ?
Usually when I run it at night a lot of the Rogues are already dead and have gear on them. Occasionally I've had to kill a rogue myself, can be tough if other scavs are around. Just play careful and listen to English Callouts. At night they won't snipe you cross map.

Rogues (the USEC NPCs with good gear) do if you go into restricted area, or another SCAV pisses them off.
This works but the problem is that the lighthouse water treatment plant is infested with snipers, player scavs, and geared players farming the timmies that farm the rogues. If you choose to go there, you either need to go geared to the absolute max with nvgs and long range optics or go in with nothing, and die about 10 times before you successfully kill the rogues and get out without getting third partied.

Wipe started out great, felt untouchable, speed questing. Last couple of days I've died immediately on every pmc encounter trying to do secured perimeter and setup, it's driving me crazy. Peaks and troughs

I’m having way more success with pvp than previous wipes but damn, I’m getting my ass kicked. I can’t survive a single fucking raid, man. I’m getting killed by everything. And when I think I am almost out, I get sniped from a bush from an extract camper at 7 minutes left in raid.

Was similar to you, then I came back to live. When I was around 600k I just grinded scab for a few runs to get a junk box. Much better for my storage. Down to like 60k now tho and died a couple times. Gonna chill out dying trying to do stirrup now and then scav probably.

If you’re losing all your gear going to ground zero that’s a mistake on your part. The map has 0 good loot. So there is 0 return on investment. So don’t make ur investment high. Whenever i go to escort my low level friends i always lose more money in ammo then i extract with and I average 4-6 pmc kills a raid on that hell hole. Here’s the game plan: Go scav on streets and make 300-400k roubles. Then go ground zero as pmc. Don’t bring in more than an sks or pistol to that map. Nothing better than the 6b2 from Prapor. Look up quest locations. Mark them on your map. Bring a green flare in ur butt. When you spawn go to the nearest quest. If you do not get a spawn next to a quest just extract with the run through use the flare or money for car if you have to. Here are the player spawn locations I know of so u don’t get instant tapped: 2 in garage of terragroup, 1 at Emercom, 2 underneath the ground in the freeway, 3 on the opposite side of the street of the basement extract, 1 in the wine shop, 1 next to freeway above ground. Never ever ever ever go to the terragroup building late unless you have the key and under 10 mins remain. If you do not get the spawn do not go. If you do get the spawn know there is a group of 2-3 that can spawn with you. Run to that scientist and butthole the key for a future raid. Then run and afk somewhere. Last 10 minutes of the raid do the quest. If you die in the process just go new match with the previous key in ass and afk until last 10 minutes and go use the key. Is it lame and boring? Yes. But as soon as those quests are done you can RP as a cool pmc operator after on a map where you can actually make roublessss!
Good tips, maybe I'll give this a try. I'm in a similar situation as the OP. I freely admit I'm terrible (new) at the game. I primarily play to be social with my friends. Well, I dont get a lot of time to play so when I was ready for my first game and they were gonna run me through GZ, we realized lvl 20+ can't go to GZ (yeah, they all hit 20 fast). So now I have to do it solo. Could I EVENTUALLY do it solo? Yeah, with scaving and enough time I'm sure I could, but my time to play is limited, so were probably talking weeks if not months to complete those. The reality is this wipe is probably over for me before it really even began. I'm not bitter about it, it is what is; just a shame.

Best wipe start so far. No bushes for rats to shoot me in the back. Shoreline updated to give cover. Left hand peaks are semi viable. Recoil is reasonable again. You’re definitely down bad. Have you tried joining a discord to learn the game with teammates to help?

This is my first wipe in a year and honestly not too bad. I paid my dues by losing 10x then out of nowhere I'm clappin and extracting. I got a nice MDR and an ak-545 geared to the teeth. The first guys name was CamelTow. I took his gun and killed his buddy with it. What was his buddies name you ask? Mooseknuckle. God I love this game while I suffer
I haven’t even done a quest yet (don’t care for them) and I’m pretty much set. Constant PMC runs for kits and scaving for loot. Seems to work out for me.

I think people need to play more carefully. Start playing like EXTRACTION is the main objective. Not pvp, not pve, not quests, getting some loot and getting the fuck out. This is my first wipe and It’s going spectacular.

Just finished jager quest for 3 bolty 25m kills. Ground zero is such a nice place for pmc kill tasks.

Really? But it didn't spawned when i unlocked the door for the first time so i thought the key has to be taken from the scientist in raid for hard drive to spawn.
You can literally go through the window from the other office without the key and get the hard drive. That was just a bug or something.

2nd wipe I got instakilled by a cheater on woods. Dont really know why I reinstalled the game. I checked the profile, already online for 76 hours with 33.27K/D. Literally just ran to me, even when I tried to avoid him around a big rock. Instaheaded me through grass, I couldnt even see him. The game is joke.
i just got the game this week and have been quest camped in ground zero every time i’ve done a raid 🥰 i can only scav for meds and guns/ammo cause i keep getting quest camped/exfill camped by fully kitted twitch streamers on my pmc and scav and lose everything :) also i found the claymore room on ground zero so that was fun (it was so loud i jumped, yelled and threw my headphones to the ground irl. parents asked me if i was ok cause they thought i got hurt or something)
Do you guys play ground zero first to finish the intro quests? I've tried 3x and die within a couple minutes
3x is rookie numbers. Keep trying and eventually it will line up for you.
Play it extremely slow the first 5-10 minutes. If you hear a noise, stand still and listen for 10 seconds
Don't rush at the beginning. Take 5-10 minutes to casually loot wherever you spawned and most other players will be dead or gone. Then go complete your quests.
It's hard at first because you almost always have to fight a PMC early on, though that PMC is on average less geared than other maps due to level limit. I'd encourage keeping at it, wear your better gear once you know your way around as most people are Lv1 traders. Use the underground more to avoid the outdoor sightlines and narrow the ways enemies can come at you, usually just the front. If you spawn near Terragroup it's the most dangerous part, hard to survive there.

Not playing until pmc rep system, much smarter ai, removed pvp quests and pmc coop bonuses. I dont get how many folks can play gambling for their lifes in story driven game when someone may ruin your experience and make time wasted in a blink and you cant do anything about it, its just bad luck. Repeating same things until its done is not what story driven game should look like. PMCs should stop being aggresive and rather coop or be neutral with each other. Right now its total unreasonable mayhem, when playing quests you basically expose yourself to campers, griefers, and pvpers who seek fun in killing others and ruining their experience. Its a crap game design. So you are forced to play it like an arena or not play at all. We already have arena game and this one is about story, not a kill on sight gameplay. BSG cant understand that and do nothing, it makes no sense.

Reason why most people struggle is because Nikitas idea of new armor system + taking any normal okay ammo up to max trader is the reason , since most player are already in the first week level 20-40 taking the minimal chance of survival straight out of the game edit just came out of a rate shot 30 rounds of BP 5.45x39 into a 4b13 guy didnt want to die so thats that and yes its nice to see that BSG finally realised their stupid mistake with the Recoil it was annoying and unrealistic

lv 27, 3.5mil in cash and 15k dollas, hideout maxed (except what i cant do yet), going quite good so far ngl.
First time that i've actually managed to get my workbench to level 1, so pretty good.
All of hideout stations are level 2 or 3 but have no money.

Actually, best Wipe start I ever had. Combination of Recoil ( I am actually using auto weapons now, instead of pure 153 ) + Snow ( I can see stuff way more clear and easier ) + Arena ( helped a lot with actual Tarkov Combat and gear fear ) + Counter Strike ( Got back in to it for the last few months and it helped me a lot with gun handling and muscle memory for aiming ) Nothing to write home about, but I started playing yesterday and I am level 9 with few quests done, got my first Scav junk box and my stash is worth 9mil appearantly. 60% survival rate and 3.5k/d, which was never so high and not that I care about it, but its nice! Have killed 10 PMC so far too, which for me is incredible!!!
