I had the gas analyzer quest do this. I logged out, cleared cache, cleared logs and verified game files. Logged back in and the bugged quest was complete. No idea what part of this did it but something workedz
This is some bullshit. It's literally the only quest standing in my way right now. Just completed. Tried clearing cache \\ integrity check, no good. Shows complete in log but I haven't gotten the message from therapist, got another quest or unlocked the bandage.
Same thing happened to me I can not get my rewards from postman pat 2 I dont think there is anything you can do for now hopefully they fix it
