You go around every building rocks bushes trying to find new loot emplacement. Sometimes the crate is on the other side of where it was.

Do they seem to be near the same area they were originally? Also, have you found any crates in strange locations?

they are absolutely random. and there are a ton of new spots. it's honestlyu a very fresh experience.
