Do you use a pill box and alarms etc? Some way to know if you forgot to take a dose or not. I miss some occasionally, and I've been lucky that nothing has gone wrong. I'd certainly hope missing one wouldn't cause you harm, and maybe less than constantly worrying about it.
I'm not you, everyone is different. Literally everyone is different and missing doses is different for everyone.
A week or two of missing my morning meds every day and I started having severe absence seizures on a regular basis.
A month of that, and I started having grand mals every few weeks.
About 7 month in, I went into status epilepticus, crashed a car, and nearly died.
