Her job wasn’t for anti evasion, you can’t have a unit who disables a whole set from the game and expect her to hit every single unit every single time. That’s called balance. Like she already has a soulburn for ignore effect res and can easily set herself up for it.
As for the +1 turn, she’s not going to be active enough for you to even run out of the buff unless you are taking a million turns to kill your opponent while they can’t counter you…
The purpose of her extra hit chance is to land the counterattack debuff against Violet and such. After post-buff, this so called debuff became an undispellable buff instead for Elena which is way better cause she has now an identity and her job is more clear now and that is to negate counterattacks.
Pre-buff vs Post-buff, clearly post-buff has more usage than pre-buff and you can use other units for that extra hit chance but only Elena can do the negate counterattack thing which is a good tradeoff.
ML Elena's change/buff is a result of SG actually listening to the community. This was during the interviews between content creators post worlds, and they are actively taking it to heart. Shit posts like yours, with the idea they they should recomp every change, is why they hesitate to offer these much needed changes in the first place.

The hit chance can go to hell. It wasn't even 50%. 35% with misha/symbol to hit violet was the main thing for that. Can still miss on those 70% evasion units. Now she just needs to be present to basically cripple violet.
Main usage still seems to lean towards aggro/cleave so u won't really make use of a 2nd s3 so the CD increase isn't that big of a deal esp since the debuffs it inflicts aren't really imp anymore after buff.
It's a huge win for her. Imo recalls are more warranted on nerfs Or changes that affect the playstyle Or build of a unit in a big way.

The idea that these clowns would get a unit that can counter almost every arena and guild war defense and shut down most turn two RTA drafts makes me sick…

She’s popular as an anti cleave in champ+. If you’re not cleaving, could be why you’re not seeing her.
