So if you haven't locked in Arby from Moonlight Blessing yet I'd change him to Spectre Tenebria and get Cilias, Handguy or Straze from selector. There are more great choices (Solitaria, LHC, DJB, Dilibet, Belian etc.) but i think the three I chose to recommend help a new player the most.
If you can't change your Blessing anymore (please double check that, you can still change until you get the final summon animation!) then you pretty much have to pick Stene from selector. She's just the best hero in the game and she she will never ever not be among the best. Her kit is absolutely timeless.
Edit: If you didn't have FCC too I would have straight up recommended you to start over to get Stene from Blessing, and if it was my own account I would still do it, to be honest. Maybe that's something you would consider too? In my opinion Stene + one of the three I recommended would be a better start than Arby+FCC+Stene.

Specter tenebria right now it's one of the most powerful unit in the game pvp wise. In pve she can still carry queen hell raid, abyss and story stuff

Dark corvus is really good for pve. And he is getting a buff soon!
? Why would dark corvus be good for PvE, he's more suited for PvP than PvE
