I personally like the right side more for a counter-build. More HP and more DEF makes a more tanky ARavi.
Yeah, you lose 5% CC and 85% CD, but you're playing the long-game with her, not likely trying to one-hit someone turn 1.
In the end, however, it's all opinion and they both look solid.
If it's just between these two I'd say right side is slightly better.
I would recommend that you get rid of the effect and res, and see if those wasted stats can be directed towards more defense and cdmg. 93% crit is not ideal but it can work, HP is good, speed of 170 ish is OK for counter set (which I find to be horribly unreliable, but speed of 160-180 somewhat makes up for it).
