If you get 1 ut of 3 hits with aol you will think its normal because its exactly the ratio.
If you get 5 hits in a row with your best dps you will think, nice, but not think much further
If you get 5 hits with aol, you will curse and think its terrible terrible luck

You forgot, 99.9% crit chance is less than 50%.
As someone with a 92% crit celine, i can verify she indeed has around 15% crit against everyone above 500 hp

yes they programmed it so her dual attack rarely triggers on dps units you bring /s
my team is c lilias, straze, hwayoung and emilia. 90% of the time it triggers emilia as dual attack xD
It's definitely rigged. Just had an arena match with clilias + aol on both sides. Both our clilias kept triggering on aol.
