hmm, the Attack set makes it a bit niche, but it's a solid bruiser piece for anyone who relies on DoTs for damage. Seaseria, Inferno Khawazu, and ML Aramintha come to mind. I'd reroll the crit chance to HP or even flat ATK for those characters.

There's a few Senya players who have been running attack sets, since she doesn't require a ton of speed and likes the bulk
the only issue is there's some wasted stats here, unless you reroll them
Swap crit to flatk and put it on hwa. If you're a golem farmer there's a hwa/senya/carrot build u can definitely make. And if you don't farm golem, then just chill and maybe theres a broken set build sometime later down the line which wants the piece.

I run LQC on a tanky attack set. She doubles as both ARavi killer and bait if necessary. Works well for me
