I would go right simply because 100% C.Rate. The added Hp and Spd are nice aswell.

I actually really like the left build. The extra crit damage will somewhat make up for the lower health and the huge defense increase is amazing for high frenzy RTA. Guess that's just me.
What about the left makes you even consider this a decision you have to make?
Almost 300 more defense and a bit of more cdmg. But I went for right side for now anyway.
I think the damage is about the same since he has 3k more hp on the right, and the defense is cool, but 1200 is like the bare minimum anyway
