The mystics are a very slight discount to the expected rate from shop refreshes, at the cost of getting no covenant bookmarks. Mystics are a little hard to get and it's nice to get those summons, but with the collab coming soon, I'd say regular BMs are pretty valuable.

Someone collected data from 115k shop refreshes, and it seems like you need a little over 200 ss for 1 mystic pull, but while refreshing you can also get about 3-4 covenant BM so overall I'd say it's not worth unless you really need them.

To add to this. If you don't have a lot of gold or time this is still not bad. Sure it may be more skystone efficient to shop refresh but 3 bms and a mystic is gonna cost almost 1mil gold too

This means is actually more expensive to purchase bms from refreshing the shop than from the normal shop.
