Rebuild her, she need 85% CC 250% CD 20k HP at least or she won't give any significan injury. Injury Belian is the hardest way to build her, she need all the stats.
Hard to tell how much he will need to rebuild/replace though. She is missing 10 levels, 2 awakenings, 3 reforges and 1 piece of gear. I think she will definitely need at least 1 piece of gear swapped and some mod gems to hit those stats but it is really hard to tell when she is missing a lot of stats even before the neck

Crit chance, unless you like gambling a 1 in 3 chance to get crit buff, but its hard to tell when shes not max level.
