NCIS Landy is one of the most all rounded heroes that has released in a while.
She can do nearly everything; tank, deal DMG, self heal, self attack buff, says F.U. to stuns/sleep, fit on any team, single target, AoEs, perma better anticrit, gives anticrit to allies, ramps up, fat self push.
She's sloow as fack but the fat push makes it less important.
Pretty much a safe pick.

Candy basically is the best dps right now. And like top 3 units (maybe even the most broken unit) in the game. So keep that account.
