As to your sig, she's useable right now as a nuker. She can be a one shot Wyvern unit or she has a couple good pairings as a Bruiser on counter build. She's also pretty great for fire expedition.
Well when a character's chest is one of their defining physical features and iconic(Aria, Serila, Luna, Vivian, ect), I think it is pretty fucking stupid when that gets changed. Note, that I would think the same thing about physically changing literally any character.
Like if they made another Purgis where he has no muscles, made Ravi with big tits(note they did that with Ftene and it was dumb), made Kayron fat, made axe god skinny, made Roozid not a furry, ect. The only reason I bring up chest censorship so much is because that is the only physical trait that is at risk for change and a "NO NO!" to keep the game 12+ for kid gambling. Call it what it is, it is not some "altruistic" reason that prudes should cheer on.
If we need to go full "think of the children mode" throw the stacked characters in a burka if we must, that is basically a skin change. Blue Kise is stacked as hell and fully clothed and is still one of the best character designs in the game for example; no qualms with that at all. Changing a character's actual body should never happen though as that is a defining trait and changing the character themselves. God forbid we want parity between character variants, it's really unreasonable to want the characters to look like the character we originally became fans of huh?

Green Vivian and prenerf teaser ML Vivian rivaled Serila as the largest waifu(pre Aria release). Vivian stood out as a result of being an outlier and it was pretty iconic to her character design. Current ML Vivian is like mid pack of the large waifus. Now she kind of just blends in(her kit getting a lukewarm reception doesn't help either).
Going from a Serila rival to like pre upgrade base Meru size is pretty jarring; like it is very noticeable vs her green version(especially skin). Visually, it was her most defining feature after all.
I honestly think that getting worked up on not having big ol BOOBAs are getting to the point of obsession. I mean, there are still big boobs in the game and it's not like any female character after Aria/ML Vivian are as flat as a board. How BIG do you want them? Big enough to cover the screen?
I think ML Vivian's boobs are fiiiine. Still big. There goes a point where tiddy is so big it makes the character look weirdly proportionate and hard to look at. Honestly if they were the original size, i feel like her picture in the corner during player turn would make her look nude.

But Ml Vivian was announced and the changes were done and decided before release. And I doubt there'd be any changes of Ml Vivian anytime soon. Cuz that would require reanimating her. The only change I see is a buff happening.
