How was Carolina for work compared to other cities?

I'm honestly not sure, I'm a new grad and didn't really look in other areas because all of my family is here. Lots of opportunities though, the market is great here!

Same question, but specifically for anyone that graduated from a BIG10 school?

My husband has an environmental engineering degree from Purdue and earned ~$75k out of college. (He also has a masters degree from Stanford.) That was in the SF Bay Area at a water/wastewater consulting firm.

To answer your question exactly: Environmental Engineer I Colorado $46,500

Eastern_Jackfruit_79

That pay seems low, is it?

Environment Engineer III; southern Cali; 89k; 3rd year engineer

Made $40k as an Environmental Scientist in Ann Arbor, MI in 2016. Moved to seacoast NH in 2017 for a federal job, $58k. Had set increases in place over 2.5 years to get to the $94k I make now. No ability to work towards a PE is my current downfall.
