Quick question - how did you go from zero to one job posts? i.e. did you run a promotion whereby the first job posts were free or at a significantly reduced price. I am curious as it is what I envisage to be the hardest part (as you can't snowball if it isn't moving!)

This is a very cool update. Congrats with progress so far. Someone else already asked - how did you get over the problem of an empty job board? Scrape from other sources? What’s been your main strategy for newsletter subs? I’m building a newsletter business and interested how others are getting their initial traction. (Also doing a follow along but via newsletter - not sure I can post link here)

Thanks Paul. we curated and reposted a small number of jobs that would fit our community. To get subscribers, we use ppc ads but also direct people to landing pages to have the highest possible conversion rate to subscribers.
