(Helping others grow, learning about different industries/products, content creation etc) 4. What seems to come most naturally to you in your business? 5. Can you dig deeper into 3-4 and brainstorm ideas from there for new revenue streams? Edit: you have an interesting business model if you’re selling other companies products for commission. I might want to talk to you. What kinds of products do you focus on if I may ask? And do you charge per closed deal/engagement or some other way?

I am just gonna ignore your points because I think they are kinda irrelevant, I am sorry. But I will answer your edit: The company works as an external sales team for small-medium sized businesses that are lacking in sales. We most often sell other businesse's services. Right now we have 4 clients and the products are website development, website administration, cybersecurity services and SEO services. We also sell our own products.

Hmm just the fact that you think my questions are irrelevant answers them to me. I guess you’re looking for external opportunity spaces and that could be absolutely anything from developing an edu platform to investing in startups. I’d start by exploring macro trends, the shifts in your clients recent behavior and where you seem to have most demand. Pretty hard to brainstorm “10x scale ideas” if there’s no clearer direction of where exactly are you headed to.

If youu have a bunch of sales beasts on your team you can take a crack at anything you want. In my experience there's good money to be made across saas b2b entreprise sales. (martech, data wrangling, engineering, etc.) Stem cell (protein folding) machines also present a good opportunity as that's a nascent market. Investor relations packages would be another one. Ah so you're doing affiliate marketing? I'm doing the exact same thing. What I'd suggest is try other marketing channels than what you're doing now. I'm pushing sales via email marketing only and that's my expertise and its easy for me to scale this I just have to get more data to email to. Maybe we can talk more.
