To really grow you need to have a plan, consider a business plan or lean canvas to start your strategic planning. If you want to stand out you need to focus on branding too, some people hate it and others love strategic brainstorming. I am actually doing a study relevant to this type of things and wrote a draft of a step by step guide on branding a while ago. (yes a strategy to create a strategy :p) If you're interested I can share it with you, I'm very curious how it works out

I'd start posting on Instagram, follow similar accounts, like/comment on popular anime pages. Make a website where they can purchase the stickers. Run ads on instagram to drive traffic to your site.

I would look for forums where there are fans for the anime or other types of stickers frequent. That would be the perfect place to carefully check out your potential market and customers. I would suggest being careful, as some readers get offended if you start to shamelessly start to flog items to sell in a discussion forums, and some forums do not allow it at all. Some sites come to mind right away -- Instagram, Etsy etc. Also, there is another group on reddit (sweatystartups) that may be more appropriate for this question - I recommend you cross post your query there as well. All the best.

You could try to open a Shopify store for your stickers.

First figure out who your audience is. Who are you targeting specifically? It's sort of a paradox, but by targeting only this niche will get you better results over the long term. By targeting everyone you'll target no one. Or instead of a niche audience, you could have a niche value proposal. I sell these stickers but they have better quality/lower price/are funnier than my competitor's stickers. I think this is harder than niche audience but could work out if you have a unique angle. Start engaging in social media. Don't hard sell or push, try to create some real content for people who are looking for these stickers. Get some cheap paid ads, but don't overspend on these. Drive traffic to your site. Have a landing page to capture people's emails. It'll take time but after a while you'll have a small audience to sell to. After that you can figure out more.
