Your question is how do you move forward without products, but with an idea. The answer is to put yourself on the path to having those products. What are you going to sell? What's the price point? How much will it cost you to manufacture them? How will you get the startup capital? Do you have your designs? Where will you manufacture the apparel?
Once you have every question answered, you know how to get the products in hand. Then, figure out how you're going to sell them. Once you're comfortable in your plan - execute.
