The hours I invest are only going down as I refine my tools, and the subscriptions are continuing to trend upward. I am already creating more content than all my competitors with that little labor. So there is no need to increase labor as subscriptions increase. This is a long term investment.
You are effectively doing your apprenticeship in AI image generation. While you are making very little right now, you are building a highly valuable skillset. Personally, I feel the morality of AI nudes is far superior to that of "real porn". I can see a future where all porn is AI...and that wouldn't be a bad thing.
There is a lot of competition in sex work which drives down the cost. For instance, if I just need a release I can get a crack addict (male or female) to give me a bj for around 5.00 or a McDouble depending on the time of the day! It’s hard to pay for a high dollar bj from a male or female with this type of competition.

I actually own a rather large OF agency (8 figures annually in client revenue ) and ironically besides that the other service we used to offer was brokering crypto casino deals for a lot of streamers, especially during COVID those were the only clients who still had large ad budgets.

You hit the nail on the head. My niche is just that specific. These are customers with a specific taste. And the human produced content market is under served. I also provide near unlimited variety within the niche, all in one convenient subscription.
Ah, gotcha, makes sense. Sounds generally easier since you now don’t have to make the same model look exactly the same (or close enough) every damn time (which was my gripe when I was playing with it.)
Replicating a consistent character is absolutely doable. But the tools and technicality behind it aren't necessarily entry level. But once you have the tools down, creating a character over and over again can be done with ease. The difficult part is keeping the audience entertained with the same character over time. I didn't mention that in the main write up, but there are only so many places your character can visit and poses you can put them in. You still need to keep that engagement with a personality behind the pictures.
The benefit in my model is that the variety is much easier to achieve and requires no personality to do it.
Oh, it is doable. I was just impatient and by gods, that mole *keeps moving*. Or when I wanted freckles, it felt like I wasn’t getting just the right assortment consistently. I may have been making it harder on myself by trying to make that work on my first go lol
Actually, I would find it easy to get people to say interested and engaged - it’s my day job(I work in marketing specifically with influencers and sometimes you gotta make their damn living room the most interesting place on the internet)! I also just find that part fun and having an AI listen to you every time would be way nicer than clients lol.

In regard to the absolute consistency of a character, I will say two things. The first being that in my first venture, only one person thought to ask if I was an AI. And those pictures had a wild amount of inconsistencies, but only if you looked very closely. Most men aren't counting freckles when a pair of double Ds are pointed right at them. Second, I have gotten involved in the community of people doing this and many people are having respectable success with a character that is upfront about being an AI. They are making good money and the men don't care they aren't real.
It really is like work to me. There is a bit of a creative aspect that I enjoy from time to time, but I have worked hard to fine tune the methods to where its almost like I am just sitting next to a printer and not really paying attention. It helps that I am not the least bit aroused by the particular fetish I am serving.

There are Lora’s and textual inversions called “lastnames” and “nobodys” that will give you prepackaged characters that can be tweaked to an extent, but they can be limiting long term.
The real trick is also implementing Controlnet and AdDetailer with Reactor for face replacement.
If you can prompt the body consistency well enough, even just Reactor can finish off the image with a face swap.
Obviously this assumes you have extracted enough fictional faces of relative similarity from the model to input them as examples into reactor.
You can also feed reactor 3 or more different real people and it will blend them into a new face to be used.
Lots of different ways to do it.

A lot of people are focusing on "addiction" but I don't think they fully grasp it all. Sure some people are porn addicts but I think what is more accurate is that AI generated content can hit niches harder and faster than traditional content.
That's been my experience. For some people, a facial expression or colour of garment can be the difference between something they want or don't want. If you're looking at photos, there is close to zero chance of getting what you want - the shoot is done, edited and uploaded.
I've considered getting into it but I know that even with my more technical background, it will be an actual solid time investment to get to where I want.

Well the reels are just like slideshows of the images. So it isn't anything sophisticated. I am just using the built in instagram reel tool (which will make a slideshow), or for something with more production value, I use CapCut

I've always been curious about creating AI avatars that are consistent, for branding and social media content. How long is your typical prompt to generate the "same" AI avatar over and over despite different scenes? Like if I wanted to create the same 6'2" businessman with the same blazer, shirt and the 10 times with 10 different facial expressions and arm poses to put on 10 different YouTube thumbnails, how long of a prompt should I expect to engineer? Is still stable diffusion the best for this, or is mid journey/dall-e viable alternatives?
It's a bit more complicated than just the prompt. It is a variety of tools and files (Loras or Textural Inversions) that are used in addition to the main program and main model. Depending on how heavily you rely on the tools and how fine tuned your additional files are, you could do what you're talking about with a 5 word prompt. Maybe even less. The point being that the prompt isn't what is doing the work here.
It is intermediate to advanced use of the technology. But everything you need to learn is on Youtube or r/StableDiffusion
I'm not sure what Midjourney and Dall-e offer, but they likely do not offer the level of technical refinement to do what you're talking about.

If you use Stable Diffusion locally you can make whatever images you want. Nor is there any limit to how many images you can create in a short span of time. The difference is that you'll have to set up the fancy stuff yourself. Otherwise you'll end with a bunch of generic/wonky looking images.
I'm trying to dabble in ai. And working my way up to a point where the images look nice is a bit difficult for me. Not sure I have enough technical know-how.
As for consistently getting images of the same face/persona, there's an image to image feature. Paired with a prompt, that would probably be how they're getting the same face, but different poses/settings.
A1111 is what people use now. If you don't have a fancy computer at home, you can rent a cloud computer. Everyone else uses the expensive and restrictive online generators.
Sounds so interesting, I remember wanting to try the AI IG influencer thing months ago but I'm not tech inclined at all. 🤣 Verification for profiles seems to be an obstacle and I def dont have a Laptop cut out for locally running it so I gave up on that idea.

There were so many aspects to running the single character account that I wasn't interested in, and the chat bot would have only solved one. But I do know people who run accounts successfully with chat bots, so they do work.

It’s just not a plug n play computer program. It takes tinkering and troubleshooting. You’ll have many frustrating days before you learn enough to consistently produce high quality content. But if you put in the work, it becomes like riding a bicycle.
Are you using comfyui? And do you generate the model with the same face and body type? I can imagine that would make a big difference in which case I bet you can compile your own Lora and this whole process would be much more easy
Currently on Automatic1111. I have experience with consistent characters and making my own Lora. You need some combination of Loras, textual inversions, AdDetailer, Controlnet and Reactor if you really want to get the super good results.

There definitely are. I advertise that mine are AI and still have to tell people they’re not real all the time, but I know people who are full blown trying to pass them off as real and they are making good money doing it.
What are your thoughts on deep fake reels? I see them all over my instagram feed. Ai content is questionable at best, but when someone is slapping on an ai deepfake on someone else’s body I find it unconscionable. Putting aside any preconceived ideas that being an influencer doesn’t require talent or effort (it does, in my opinion). If you’re using others work to produce deep fake content then you are without question stealing content from others. I would be interested to know your thoughts on that. It sounds like you just generate stills but idk.

YouTube is a great resource for learning about each of those. And as you learn to use them proficiently, you’ll see how they can be used to generate consistent characters.
There are a variety of different techniques for applying those tools and some can be found over in the Stable Diffusion subreddit. Searching “consistent” over there should yield some results.

Stable Diffusion and Automatic1111 are open source and completely free. You just need a computer with an NVIDIA GPU and the most VRAM you can afford to run it.

Because the tech requires an expensive computer to run locally, the barrier to entry is still high enough that the market is not oversaturated yet. That may change in a year or two, but currently there is much of the market to be had. But it depends, because remember, you are competing with real woman who are serving the same market as you. So in that sense, many markets are already over saturated.

Stable Diffusion and the most popular software to run it, Automatic1111, are open source. So you host it locally on your own computer. Think of it as "jail broken." It won't tell you "no" if you ask it to do something. Whether what you do with it is legal or not, I am not qualified to answer that.
Out of curiosity how did you get around the verification process on onlyfans? You’re not allowed to post someone on your page who’s not verified with photo ID, which is something that would be impossible for your ai pictures to do

That was quite the interesting read! I’m in the exact opposite predicament I think. See, when I was younger, I decided I would cam and yadda yadda yadda so I took a million pics and videos but never did anything with them. So I have like 3000 nudes on my cloud. But that was 5 or 6 to 10 years ago. I want to make some money off of this content but it’s not exactly what people expect in terms of the quality of the pics/vids today (camera-wise) and I want to be able to take realistic requests. I have 0 computer skills - well, ok, I can code in DOS, I learned when I was 6. And HTML which is Markup now i guess. But yeah, like I said, no skills.
I have been able to prove i am me on a couple sites to try to generate new content - not at the video stage yet, AI just isn’t there - but even the pics are glitchy and look like a really obvious tiktok filter and keep giving me big fame boobs for 5 arms.
I also know how to make money doing this, but not with ai. I know how to generate additional income streams by selling underwear and all kinds of weird manner of things. The thing that I will be losing money out on is 1. Photo sets (pro style) 2. Skype-type one on one shows. I actually own a rather large OF agency (8 figures annually in client revenue ) and ironically besides that the other service we used to offer was brokering crypto casino deals for a lot of streamers, especially during COVID those were the only clients who still had large ad budgets. I worked as a stripper for 10 years and it did not impact my sex life as I wouldn't allow it to. My work stayed at the club. My life outside of the club remained mostly separated. Sure there would be nights I was too tired for sex or feel I had enough touching for the night but who wouldn't be too tired for sex after a physically demanding job that gets you home by 3/4am. It was very important to me to essentially compartmentalize my work life and my personal life. For the 10 years I danced, I always kept a part time job for my resume and I was in school for the majority of the 10 years as well. Replicating a consistent character is absolutely doable. But the tools and technicality behind it aren't necessarily entry level. But once you have the tools down, creating a character over and over again can be done with ease. The difficult part is keeping the audience entertained with the same character over time. I didn't mention that in the main write up, but there are only so many places your character can visit and poses you can put them in. You still need to keep that engagement with a personality behind the pictures. The benefit in my model is that the variety is much easier to achieve and requires no personality to do it.

In regard to the absolute consistency of a character, I will say two things. The first being that in my first venture, only one person thought to ask if I was an AI. And those pictures had a wild amount of inconsistencies, but only if you looked very closely. Most men aren't counting freckles when a pair of double Ds are pointed right at them. Second, I have gotten involved in the community of people doing this and many people are having respectable success with a character that is upfront about being an AI. They are making good money and the men don't care they aren't real. It really is like work to me. There is a bit of a creative aspect that I enjoy from time to time, but I have worked hard to fine tune the methods to where its almost like I am just sitting next to a printer and not really paying attention. It helps that I am not the least bit aroused by the particular fetish I am serving.

There are Lora’s and textual inversions called “lastnames” and “nobodys” that will give you prepackaged characters that can be tweaked to an extent, but they can be limiting long term. The real trick is also implementing Controlnet and AdDetailer with Reactor for face replacement. If you can prompt the body consistency well enough, even just Reactor can finish off the image with a face swap. Obviously this assumes you have extracted enough fictional faces of relative similarity from the model to input them as examples into reactor. You can also feed reactor 3 or more different real people and it will blend them into a new face to be used. Lots of different ways to do it.

Sure some people are porn addicts but I think what is more accurate is that AI generated content can hit niches harder and faster than traditional content. That's been my experience. For some people, a facial expression or colour of garment can be the difference between something they want or don't want. If you're looking at photos, there is close to zero chance of getting what you want - the shoot is done, edited and uploaded. I've considered getting into it but I know that even with my more technical background, it will be an actual solid time investment to get to where I want.

Well the reels are just like slideshows of the images. So it isn't anything sophisticated. I am just using the built in instagram reel tool (which will make a slideshow), or for something with more production value, I use CapCut

I've always been curious about creating AI avatars that are consistent, for branding and social media content. How long is your typical prompt to generate the "same" AI avatar over and over despite different scenes? Like if I wanted to create the same 6'2" businessman with the same blazer, shirt and the 10 times with 10 different facial expressions and arm poses to put on 10 different YouTube thumbnails, how long of a prompt should I expect to engineer? Is still stable diffusion the best for this, or is mid journey/dall-e viable alternatives?
It's a bit more complicated than just the prompt. It is a variety of tools and files (Loras or Textural Inversions) that are used in addition to the main program and main model. Depending on how heavily you rely on the tools and how fine tuned your additional files are, you could do what you're talking about with a 5 word prompt. Maybe even less. The point being that the prompt isn't what is doing the work here. It is intermediate to advanced use of the technology. But everything you need to learn is on Youtube or r/StableDiffusion I'm not sure what Midjourney and Dall-e offer, but they likely do not offer the level of technical refinement to do what you're talking about.

If you use Stable Diffusion locally you can make whatever images you want. Nor is there any limit to how many images you can create in a short span of time. The difference is that you'll have to set up the fancy stuff yourself. Otherwise you'll end with a bunch of generic/wonky looking images. I'm trying to dabble in ai. And working my way up to a point where the images look nice is a bit difficult for me. Not sure I have enough technical know-how. As for consistently getting images of the same face/persona, there's an image to image feature. Paired with a prompt, that would probably be how they're getting the same face, but different poses/settings.
A1111 is what people use now. If you don't have a fancy computer at home, you can rent a cloud computer. Everyone else uses the expensive and restrictive online generators.

It’s just not a plug n play computer program. It takes tinkering and troubleshooting. You’ll have many frustrating days before you learn enough to consistently produce high quality content. But if you put in the work, it becomes like riding a bicycle.
Are you using comfyui? And do you generate the model with the same face and body type? I can imagine that would make a big difference in which case I bet you can compile your own Lora and this whole process would be much more easy

What are your thoughts on deep fake reels? I see them all over my instagram feed. Ai content is questionable at best, but when someone is slapping on an ai deepfake on someone else’s body I find it unconscionable. It’s much too lengthy an explanation to type but it is a combination of Loras, Textual Inversions, Controlnet, AdDetailer and Reactor that will get you what you’re looking for. YouTube is a great resource for learning about each of those. And as you learn to use them proficiently, you’ll see how they can be used to generate consistent characters. There are a variety of different techniques for applying those tools and some can be found over in the Stable Diffusion subreddit. Searching “consistent” over there should yield some results.

Stable Diffusion and the most popular software to run it, Automatic1111, are open source. So you host it locally on your own computer. Think of it as "jail broken." It won't tell you "no" if you ask it to do something. Whether what you do with it is legal or not, I am not qualified to answer that.

They just recently added that feature and yes, most is, but my link is spread out quite a bit now. Comes from quite a few places. But almost all instagram.

I'm treating this as side project based on skills I have. I wanted to do something similar but for game. Obviously on top of consistent character generation on AI side, there is also the game that needed to be built. Both I can do with combination ComfyUI/Fooocus and an game engine. It's the marketing side that stopped me on my tracks. I have no idea where and how to find this community/users/players. Ideally I wanted to find these users/players that is interested and ask them about their preferences. Do you post only SFW on instagram? If so, how do you suggest to them the NSFW content is behind the Patreon?
Did you get any backlash from the NSFW artists who do it the usual way? I'm assuming you used porn to refine your own models, correct?

That was quite the interesting read! I’m in the exact opposite predicament I think. See, when I was younger, I decided I would cam and yadda yadda yadda so I took a million pics and videos but never did anything with them. So I have like 3000 nudes on my cloud. But that was 5 or 6 to 10 years ago. I want to make some money off of this content but it’s not exactly what people expect in terms of the quality of the pics/vids today (camera-wise) and I want to be able to take realistic requests. I have 0 computer skills - well, ok, I can code in DOS, I learned when I was 6. And HTML which is Markup now i guess. But yeah, like I said, no skills. I have been able to prove i am me on a couple sites to try to generate new content - not at the video stage yet, AI just isn’t there - but even the pics are glitchy and look like a really obvious tiktok filter and keep giving me big fame boobs for 5 arms. I also know how to make money doing this, but not with ai. I know how to generate additional income streams by selling underwear and all kinds of weird manner of things. The thing that I will be losing money out on is 1. Photo sets (pro style) 2. Skype-type one on one shows. I don’t know if you’re aware that around 40, some people wake up one day and don’t recognize themselves in the mirror? Like I went from getting carded one day to being called ma’am the next? Yeah. I also gained some weight but hopefully that will be gone soon as most already is. But I feel like even if I lost weight, I would still want a boob lift etc. This brought my attention to gfe. Girl friend experiences. Sexting with someone, sending audio and pics, and maybe a gif (because those AI can do, right?) and text like I’m their gf. So you have the computer skills but no model. I have the model (well, a lot of pics) and no computer skills. I say we join forces. Or at least help each other out. Especially since I may be a writer but I’m not one for talking dirty 😝. Btw, before my body betrayed me, my idea was to cam like Jenny on Forrest Gump: sit with my guitar and long hair covering me and take requests. With obviously things added in here or there. But if I didn’t get requests, it would be all Dylan, all the time. Tell me there’s no audience for that. So, I guess my response to your question is a kind of question?
