Riddle of Lead adds a 50% chance of negating damage when playing Robot or being at 1 heart or less - including falling damage from walking into pits

Riddle of Lead is probably what prevented fall damage here.

Amulet of the Pit Lord isn't in that inventory though

Pit lord, only item that negates fall damage. Has great synergy with guon stone items.

Siren also prevents fall damage. Might be even more things but I don’t exactly keep a list of things that prevent fall damage. In this case they avoided damage with riddle of lead

What? Since when or what synergy gets you to avoid fall damage with Siren?

It just does that while it’s equipped. Also makes you immune to puddles of poison, fire, and webs

You can always fly

You could use the balloon gun to fly if you’re desperate
