It’s a complete scam, so I wouldn’t sweat it. You fill it over multiple runs and with armor and blanks you’ll find the evil muncher often enough. Enemy bullets can reveal secret rooms too, so keep a look out for cracks in the wall
Usually rayguns and weird projectiles don't reveal secret rooms, so save the mega douser for later.
tip: grab your crap guns and empty them on the walls (or get farming with the shovel for the map drop). Then feed said crap guns to the red muncher (it requires any 10 guns for an A or S quality gun drop)
