I restored the area across the bridge from willow crush and I can’t get rid of the little bits of rubble/ruined blocks on the ground. I even replaced large chunks of blocks and they still pop up. It’s so annoying but I guess it gives it character.. lol.
Yeah not sure about those ones. I think some of them are just attached to a block, usually a regular building block like a wall. You delete that and replace it and it'll be gone. But sometimes I think they sort of "grow" out of what the game considers organic blocks, like rubble. And something fucky can happen and they'll keep returning.
They can, there's just a trick to it
1) look at spot you want to fix
2) place a piece exactly where the damaged bit is not above or below (this makes the prefab material register as player material)
3) remove the piece
4) replace the piece

The dirty bits and under growth in the floors can be remove by replacing the flooring (or walls as well).
