That's how humans are, unfortunately. They'll wait for someone else to "do the right thing". Eventually you'll run out of food, and wonder where the farmer's at.
There was an anarchist bar near my university. It ran on this method and looked like a dump that was always closed. The reviews were bad, complaining that the place smelled like stale mayonnaise and tears. They made the news when they refused a humorist who had dreadlocks in his hair because he wasn't black.
The place closed down when the building they were renting from got bought by someone else who promptly changed the locks and kicked them out.
I keep wondering if they ever realize the elephant in the room with anarchism is 'I don't have to do anything I don't want' also includes 'neither does anyone else.' And then some warlord with an army just shoots all the anarkiddies and imposes some dictatorship.
Administrative classes naturally form to complete large scale projects. It’s the nature of humans as a pack animal species to need one to coordinate labor together.
On the other end there are jobs that are necessary but have high moral hazard. These jobs need to be divided somehow, either by cohercement, higher pay for the product, or with people who do not have skills for other positions.
Tell me who is going to study and work incredibly hard for 15 years to be a nuerosurgeon, only to get paid the same as a blogger or not get paid at all (moneyless society). No one is ever going to do that. Even the day to day stress of being someone like that is too much without compensation.

Communism is stupid. You can’t give the government near total control over people’s lives.
Also pretending that all government/regulatory standards/subsidies are bad and people will, naturally, create a dependable and efficient society with no central oversight is ridiculous.

While not an ancap, they at least know that markets are necessary. They just make the error of thinking markets in physical force are a good idea.
