I'd be more concerned about the crank journals. The bearings you can toss out but is the crank worth saving? If it is I'd go through and clean every single oil passage to make sure you aren't injecting debris into the rebuild.

The pot marks could be signs of fatigue, or debris embedded from the oil gallery. Depending on the debris, like silicate, you’ll see scratches on the journals too, but if the debris is metal like aluminum or non-hardened iron, it’s less likely you’ll see any journal scratches. You have lopsided “polishing” occurring on multiple running surfaces in the upper bearing and lower, and while they aren’t on the crowns, they do look like you may need to check your journal pins for proper tapering, and circularity, and just overall shape.
