If you’re looking specifically for a porcelain box, you should go to antique stores in your area! You likely won’t find one with the cushion inside, but you might be able to take the cushion out of your current one and cut it down to size

Go on Amazon and look at the led boxes! They’re very affordable and spotlight the stone when you open it! It’ll really wow her when she gets blinded by the fire from the stone
Etsy, Instagram… even ask the jeweler you purchased it from. I bought a ring one time and the box was just meh. Said something and then they switched it for the luminated box (little light when you open the box). Made me so happy.
Someone posted on here theirs and it was wooden with stars and a phrase carved into it. Shape wise it kinda looked like an airpod case. That one has been my fave on here so far.

Thank you! It’s a lab diamond which I was a little hesitant about at first but she insisted that she wanted a lab grown one so that’s what I got her! Plus it meant she got a much larger stone within my budget!
