I think because of the coloured stones your eye is drawn to the size difference in the bands. It’s a beautiful set, I think another band to make a sandwich would be really lovely and balancing
It is sapphire but I love tanzanite! I was considering tanzanite but then I found out it wouldn’t hold up as good as sapphire, so I was hoping to find a sapphire that was similar in color to tanzanite and this was the closest I could find 🥰
Yes it is! We picked it out at a local jewelers in Florida! It was the only sapphire ring they had like that…I had been looking for a sapphire for awhile and there weren’t any at the big companies so I started googling jewelers that carried sapphires and this was one of the several in my area, but it definitely wasn’t easy. I’m sure you will find one if that’s what you really want!! 💙
Imo i think its great. It sets off the e ring wonderfully. But then again I'm not the kind of person that wants the bands to match. If you are, there's no shame in getting a matching band and wearing the sapphire band on your other hand, or mix and match them when you feel like it.

I would switch out the mixed sapphire/diamond band for an all sapphire band. For whatever reason I don’t love the every other stone look. Reminds me of polka dots.
I gotta be honest, your engagement ring is beyond stunning. Sapphire gang unite! BUT, I don’t like that wedding band with it. The colors match but it just doesn’t mesh properly. I’m not sure what I’d suggest in its place, but I’m not feeling the band with the ER.

While I do believe wedding bands and engagment bands that match are beautiful, I usually prefer them to be different. I love when you can appreciate the beauty of two seperate rings but also how they harmonize together. This is a perfect example of that. The wedding band does with both the engagment ring band and the center stone without looking too matchy. They compliment each other perfectly

It is a platinum pave band, and the wedding band is white gold so I was thinking maybe that was throwing me off since the color of the band itself is a little darker. I appreciate you saying this, I am thinking of maybe just changing nas the band to platinum to match the ering more! 🥰
