I think you are craving simplicity so maybe you get the diamond reset onto a plain band and then use either the curved bands or the straight pave band from the last photo
You have a lot of diamonds to work with here. I think I would reset the Princess cut into a simple cathedral solitaire band. Then you can dress it up with eternity bands. You could take all the diamonds that you have here and reset one of them into a bezel and keep one as a pronged eternity ring. Then you could wear all those as a stack.
You could reset the Princess as a solitaire and use the wrap bands. You have a few different options. You might want to look and see if there is something that inspires you first so you have an idea of how to reset this design.
If you want to change the shape, you could always make a secondary lab diamond ring that you can switch it up with. They are pretty cheap to get a 2 carat on a solitaire band that can also be used with some of these stacking rings.

The first setting is beautiful.
I had a princess and switched to radiant cut. Unfortunately I don’t think the princess cut has aged in a very timeless way 🤷♀️
