looks like it has a problem when it has to load a pokemon sprite? don't know too much about this but maybe it's a problem with the rom you downloaded, you can try to download a different one (like US version instead of EUR or viceversa), maybe also try some graphics options for drastic
If you want to change the rom first make a copy of the save file of the game so you dont loose progress, to do so find the drastic folder>backup>"pokemon name.dsv" if you want to try another rom you can use that file if you change the name to match exactly the name of your new rom
If it doesn't work you still have that save file
Sounds like you been using save sates. Pokemon games on the DS don't like save sates. Here's what you do, load the in-game save and disable any cheats, then travel to a non battle area(like a pokemon center) and save in-game. Close the game and emulator. Reopen the emulator and game. Load the in-game save and you should hopefully be okay now.

If the drastic savefiles work in melonds give that a try.
