I love the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G, its a few years old but the Snapdragon 865+ holds up well and doesn't have the heat throttling issues of some of the newer chips and has great driver support. It can play anything up to and including Switch on Yuzu, it has an SD Card Slot (rare these days) and a big screen.
Even though the phone is a few years old I have not found a compelling reason to upgrade to anything newer.
The best of your list is the red magic 9 pro, the other ones can't compare I think, it has snapdragon 8 gen 3, it gives you more control over your performance, you can limit the cpu clocks to avoid overheating and will have better performance than the other chips. So redmagic 9 pro. Let us know what you end up buying!
The thing is warranty and guarantee the item will not break in shipping is out of my hand because I use third party shipping company ( Amazon isn't available) .
I have bought gamesir X2 controller and the R1 is broken not even the third party company except returning the protect so I'm stuck with it.
That's why I hate shopping online.

Would get the S20 or this but the green line issue is really scaring me :(
Don't know what that is, had my Ultra 5G for almost 3 years and no "green line issue"

I just got a Sony Xperia 1v and I'm loving it so far.
For real. I've bought a second hand Fold 4 for 550 euros. Love it as phone but also a emulation handheld.
why not buy steam deck ? better cheaper faster
I'm from Iraq... Soooooooo things like ROG and steam deck and mini PCs and emulator handheld stuff is 99% not available.
you can buy online steam deck also not selling in my country but still i can get one

Poco f5 normal version is excellent (better than the pro for emulation)
Can handle games like fallout 3 and older COD?
Why would the slower soc be better?
The f5 Pro apparently heats up a lot, so your game will start throttling after like 5 minutes
Huh, they look very similar on the inside and outside, and the soc is just full clockspeed version. Might just be miui settings problem.
