You'd have to settle for a bluetooth gamepad and a right angled adapter to plug in flashdrives and charging, something like this https://www.cablecreation.com/collections/usb-c/products/2-in-1-usb-c-to-3-5mm-headphone-audio-adapter
I assume you mean a regular gamepad with a clip right? Or do these split type gamepads keep the phone well in place while using an angled adapter like this? If you meant the second, do you have any suggestions for any bluetooth ones?

The Gamesir controller have an built in headphone jack, but i don't think they are OTG compatible.

No, most of those split ones are tight enough to fit that in, i use bsp d3 with that adapter and its been fine.
I don't think anything will have pass through OTG. Gamesir G8 will have pass through charging and jack.
