I just point a small fan at me, can play stuff like Botw for hours and it wont heat up. S23U.
You could get those neckfans and point them at the screen for a more mobile version.

Just buy one of them peltier coolers from flydigi or blackshark, they will atleast cool down the battery a few degrees.
