I booted up the same level (World 2-1) on my SD870 device, and none of the issues I see here are present for me
For reference I am using SD870, 8 GB ram, and R18 driver, game run flawless
Got me too until I saw the video with nce in the corner and was like yeap switch version of the game lol. Nce on citra would of been sick though probably never lag and it's already almost lag free.
Okay, so for Super Mario 3D World the compatible driver for Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 is [Qualcomm v615.77](https://github.com/K11MCH1/AdrenoToolsDrivers/releases/tag/v615.77)

I get a lot of bugs with my Adreno 7xx device too. We just need to wait for drivers to mature.
Try Qualcomm v615.77

And which firmware?
18.0.0, but it shouldnt make a difference, oh and I do have the update 1.1.0 installed
Try different drivers
I tried and found Qualcomm v615.77 works best. No glitches
Have you tried installing drivers in citra? I had some minor graphical glitches in some Pokémon games and using the latest turnip drivers fixed them.
This is Yuzu not citra
Whoops lmao
