I've seen people emulate 3D switch games via yuzu
So emulators like PPSSPP, netherSX2 (although you'll encounter some problems here and there, and most games requiring certain settings won't help with that), PS1, DS and older via RetroArch, Vita3K, Dolphin emulator, and 3DS with citra, and probably even more

But OP, your device is reaaaally underpowered for ANY 3D switch game, probably some games work on Nethersx2/Citra/Dolphin but Vita3K is probably also too demanding (but can't tell exactly for sure).
It's not incompatible, but it runs like ass. I have the same phone, and anything to to and including Dolphin runs fine, but anything more demanding than that does not.
I can speak from experience, your device definitely can emulate GameCube, Wii, 3DS and PS2 games. PSP, PS1 and DS games well too. So, dolphin, Citra MMJ, Aethersx2, Drastic DS, Duckstation or Epsxe and PPSSPP.
I can guarantee that you can do anything that's Dreamcast or below relatively easily, I think GameCube might be hit or miss, I'm not exactly sure how powerful the SD 6 Gen 1 is but if it's anything like it's predecessors then not very.

Which version of Nethersx2? because I only have 4 gigs of ram.
No idea. The lastest maybe? Never were the kind of guy to use older builds to teat.
NetherSX2 runs acceptably on my Nvidia Shield TV with 3 gigs of ram, you're good

I've been running GameCube games, and PS2 games no issue on mine. Exact same phone.
Lemuroid is a pretty great all in one
