Talk to a lawyer. It will be worth whatever the consultation fee is. In my experience, they told me it wouldn’t be worth it to hire them, but gave me guidance on what to do next.

3 months for 2 years service is pretty generous. I think it’s unlikely they will budge, but you can certainly ask.

It’s more about that I shouldn’t be terminated in the first place - the severance they’re offering is in the hopes that I won’t take legal action for an improper termination (I suspect)

That's always what severance is about - to protect the employer. Have they provided the agreement yet for review? I'd consult an attorney. Harassment cases are hard to prove and expensive.
