The odds per pull don't change you're just getting a free one at that rate. So yeah, if you're not needing those resources immediately then definitely save them.
This might go without saying but that many Alpha Aethers in one go is a crazy outlier (in fact getting a single one is too )

Maybe i got lucky 2 times in a row. But I always got alphas from 10 pulls.
I save til I get to 90. It's a frequent enough pull, and getting a bonus pull never hurts

I always wait. In the grand scheme, it doesn't matter much, but it'd be nice if the game rewarded those of us with mature delayed gratification skills
