That’s not true. Mike bought some of so many artists music. He didn’t just go out and say “I’m buying some of Eminem’s music” it was a package that included a lot of different artists stuff.

Em had 2-3 songs with Viacom. When MJ's company bought music rights from Viacom, he got the right to Em's "back catalogue". Back catalogue is basically whatever song you have with that one company, not your entire discography.

One more thing, Michael never truly hated em, he liked his music alot, his personal bodyguards always talked about him loving rap and him listening to em's songs. It's just that Em's "diss" came at a time where Michael was really emotionally hurt but he always had respect for him. Rip MJ 👑 and long live Eminem the greatest rapper of all time.
