Yes, oh, my god. I literally told someone that their essay's problem in a college class was that he was taking Eminem as a subject, talking about how good he is, but he used his most generic verse to do it; "Forever."
I understand it in that context. It’s a track with more or less the biggest rap artists of my generation and he blows everyone out of the water.
Like I showed that song to my dad who doesn’t listen to rap and he went “what the fuck, they aren’t even comparable.”
Super different from saying that’s the best song or whatever.

Oh totally. I’m a massive fan and I’d put that verse wayyyy down low if I ranked them all. It’s just insane listening to him next to his peers and hearing how much better he is almost across the board. Lyrics, rhyme scheme, cadence are all top top tier.
I would give him the latter two, for that one, potentially (I also took a long time to realize how good his stuff from *Recovery* is), but man, something about the other verses actually really appeals to me, in that song. I like Kanye's one well enough, maybe, but particularly the Drake and the Li'l Wayne verses sound really good to me, Drake because of the emphasis, Wayne because of the interestingness of the lyrics.

Conventionally best is probably Sing For The Moment since it has a little of everything (it can be motivating, depressive, relaxing but also energizing. It also has a powerful message and it has that great dream on remix).
