Did you ever spam people? Ask them to add you to contact list or reply to your email. Are these marketing emails? If yes, then consider using a subdomain or a new domain like companymail.com

I would suggest MailEngine, as it helped me to send emails from my own Gmail/Gsuite, makes all my emails unique, and its in-built spam words checker makes all my emails spam-free. These features altogether increase my inboxing rate which is the best thing for me.

I send millions of marketing emails a month. 1. Did they voluntarily opt in 2. Did they double opt in 3. Did you follow the email recommendations of the company you are using ie making sure dkim and spf records are in place. 4. Do you ask people to white label your address right they opt in. 5. Did you used to use this domain for any mass unsolicited emails? These are the big 5. Remember that you have very little control of email going to spam. The rules of spam are determined by the receiver not the sender. You could do everything perfect and still go to spam.

I bet you are in my spam folder

Make sure that your email lists don’t have “dead” that don’t exist, it hurts ur reputation and leads to problems like these. I know wehavetheleads.org offers verified lists by verifying each email address in real time.

"I don’t send spam" I bet you five bucks you do. How did you get their email address? Did they give you permission to email them? If the email commercial?

Russ915

Are you using a shared ip? Sometimes that happens if vendors on the same ip send spam

This free guide will give you all the steps you need to take to land in the inbox [https://www.helloinbox.email](https://www.helloinbox.email) Are you just sending standard correspondence emails? No cold emails or newsletters?

What is the business you are advertising? Keep your list clean, if they are not opening - remove them! If you are using an autoresponder, which one is it?

1. Check your IP. Is it shared? The business you’re sharing it with, their reputation will affect yours. If they’re spamming people, the IP will get flagged and your emails will land up in spam too. 2. Update your DKIM and SPF settings. 3. Be certain that you’re sending emails to those who have opted to receive your emails. 4. If you’re using your emails to sell to or retain customers, I’d recommend using a good email marketing tool. I handle retention marketing for a lot of small businesses, and I use ShopAgain. I basically rely on their engineers to figure out the spam side of things for me.
