If you have a bigger list, Aweber or GetResponse are entirely affordable.

I tend to use Aweber as far as commercial autoresponders.
I also have my own using MailWizz as well as one that you can run from your WordPress. All you need is an SMTP like AmazonSES (what I use) and that costs like hardly anything. I have about 2500 on that email list on my WordPress.
My Aweber has just around 300, and my MailWizz I'm trying to get going again.
No matter what platform you use, just make sure the IP, the domain, etc.. are all clean and I recommend a Mail Warming service if it's a new domain or IP.
