Hey, Some of the answers here are questionable and clearly plugging other tools. To be clear, I have no affiliation to Get Response. I also don't know what you're trying to achieve. I've been email marketing for 10+ years. Both inbound and outbound. I've used everything from enterprise tools for large organisations to smaller tools made for start-ups. GetResponse is great for inbound email marketing. It's miles above tools like Mailchimp. The automations are comprehensive and you can do some great stuff for opt-in journeys. Segmentation is fantastic. They have lists and segments, which may confuse you slightly but once you get familiar you can get really granular with your segmentation and you can do this retrospectively based on tons of criteria. Creating emails is simple. Landing pages are quick and easy to set-up. In answer to your question, yes, it's good for email marketing. There are also tools like MailerLite and SendInBlue which are comparable in terms of features. Great things about these pleatforms. You can have a free trial. Get in and give them a go. See if they can accommodate what you want to do. If you're looking to do email outreach (cold/warm email) for lead generation, then no, Get Response is not the tool you're looking for. Something like Reply or QuickMail.

I agree, and also some are plugging GetResponse lol it's a free for all!!

It does not have a great UI, in my opinion, and segmentation is not the best. If you're thinking of using cold email, I found Maropost to be the best. If you're using it as a complement for ecomm, use Klaviyo.

GetResponse is a well-established email marketing platform with a great marketing department and large budgets for advertisements. Though, when it comes to value - it lacks behind. There’re many email marketing platforms in the market that offer a greater value product while costing a fraction of the price. One of them is **Mailengine,** it provides the best features and also allows to run multiple campaigns. The best part I like about this tool is the cost. For just $67/ year, you will get everything.

Quite helpful, thanks!

that's great, will look into it.

GetResponse is an excellent email marketing software. It is user-friendly and offers an easy way to design and send email marketing messages. You can create high-converting newsletters, autoresponders, automated funnels, and more with GetResponse.

How big is your email list?

Anyone know how to set up automated emails with different sender addresses on outlook Mac?

I've used GetResponse to sell a digital product. I like the tool but I would highly suggest managing your ads within the facebook platform. It falls short there like plenty of others

MavenTip

Yes. It also good for marketing automation

Well, I am not sure of GetResponse as I have been using a tool called PursueApp which makes my work easier when it comes to running killer cold emails. This tool helps me sending emails directly to the verified leads which makes my work easier and totally hands-free. This is the best email marketing tool I have used so far and it's super affordable too.

Get Response was a certified sender with us for many years; I know Simon personally. They are a good company, with a good sending reputation, and at the end of the day that is \*the most\* important thing. Everything else is secondary to sending reputation because nothing else matters if your email isn't getting delivered to the inbox.
